With the prevailing summer Southwest Breeze, it is a cool spot even on the warmest of days.

When it is time to explore the Wild Dunes Community, you will find 202 F Port O Call is in the perfect location, and just a few minutes’ walk from the Links Golf Course Proshop. There you will find a restaurant, shopping, driving range and the world-famous Links golf course. Bike rentals are a great way to get around, and there are miles of bike trails leading you past many other dining options within the community, a spa, playground, the Harbor golf course and an Ice Cream Shop on the Beach. Best yet, Historic Charleston is only 30 minutes away!

- You must be 25 years or older to book this home.
- Please note that Early Check-In (ECI) and Late Check-Out (LCO) services are not available from May to September.
- Guests must supply their own beach/pool towels.
- Beach chairs/toys are not included at this property. All reservations between 4-28 nights come with a $250 beach gear credit with VaykGear.com. Guests will be able to reserve gear after booking.
- The Port O Call pool is open year round but not heated.
- There is a community grill available.
- Unfortunately, pets and ESAs are not allowed in this home. If undisclosed animals are brought into the home without AvantStay's approval, there is a fine of $500 per pet.
- Fireplaces are not for guest use.
- Trailers and motorcycles are not allowed inside Wild Dunes.
- Guests have access to the Port o Call pool, and to the cafes and restaurants at Wild Dunes. Any other amenities or recreation at Wild Dunes, including golf, tennis or the spa, must be booked separately.
- Please note that due to natural coastal conditions, beach areas may experience periodic erosion that can affect shoreline size and accessibility. During periods of high tide, portions of the beach—or the entire beach—may be temporarily inaccessible. We are not able to guarantee identical beach conditions for future stays, and refunds or relocations will not be available due to these natural changes.

- To gain access to Wild Dunes, the guest will need a car pass. Passes will be emailed to the guest before their arrival.
