Take out the rubbish
Turn off the lights, lock the doors and return the keys
Check out is 11:00 AM or earlier. We must get in there as quickly as possible to avoid delaying our next guest's check-in. This includes the parking space.
If you check out before 11:00 AM, it would be wonderful if you could let us know. Our cleaning fees are based on a courteous guest.
We kindly ask that you please leave our property in a reasonable condition.
Failure to complete these may result in a negative review from the host.
No glass at or around the pool area - No disruptive noise or party - Must sign Rental Agreement - Must check in BEFORE 11pm local time.
No visiting OR overnight guests in the unit or on site that are not listed on your reservation without prior approval. Will not go over max capacity.

Hello - The property was very nice in a good location by Whole Foods and other restaurants and shops. I would recommend improving communication from the property management, better instructions on how to get to parking spot and entrance and the mattress was VERY unsleepable. I would highly suggest the owners invest in a better mattress and one that you can't feel the springs when you touch it. Other than that, the place was VERY clean and decorations were very nice.
