The ocean front view was fantastic. Beautiful sunrises, the sounds of the ocean waves and easy breezes. The room was clean and well kept. Plenty of utensils in the kitchen for cooking.

Being so close to the beach was wonderful the quenn bed was so uncomfortable we had to go buy a mattress pad. Not enough towels to accommodate 6 ppl. For the most part we were happy with the condo. I do recommend a deeper clean than what your cleaners have been doing i found trash under the couch and there is roaches in the kitchen. Fans were so dusty. I clean for a living so i know what should be done.

The view from the balcony is incredible. The condo itself was clean and check in was effortless. The condo could use some updates but overall was as advertised. However, the queen mattress in the second bedroom was VERY uncomfortable and needs replaced asap. The king mattress was average but sleepable. The couch, while comfortable was noticeably dirty. Also, while there was a threat of some spotty rain, the umbrella company (JB Rentals) decided NOT to put out umbrellas for our last full day despite calling them and requesting same. I looked down the beach and there were umbrellas and chairs set out for other properties, but not at ours. It never rained so don't understand why they made this decision. This happened on a prior stay as well. Since we come to enjoy the beach, the lack of chairs and umbrellas on a beautiful day was very disappointing.
