One hour and a half to Whistler Mountain, and 10 minutes to the nearest skiing at Grouse Mountain.12 minutes to Vancouver City Centre by car, 30 minutes by bus and Seabus. 5 minutes to shopping at Park Royal or Capilano Mall. Excellent furnishings in this one bedroom private entrance suite. Fully equipped kitchen; a washer and dryer room; a large dining area; a livingroom area equipped with big screen TV and Shaw box cable; a workstation area with WiFi. The bedroom is equipped with a new Queen sized temprapedic mattress and combed cotton high thread count sheets with fluffy shams, duvet and pillows .

Close to 3 ski hills, Grouse, Cypress and Seymour. Fresher air, cleaner water and quiet yet only a bus or SeaBus ride into Vancouver's vibrant city center.
We stayed at this lovely apartment while visiting our family. We found the suite to be very clean, modern, and tastefully decorated. The kitchen has everything you need. We would highly recommend this unit, and look forward to our next stay there.
Apartment and location was spot on for our stay in North Vancouver while visiting from the UK. Apartment was very clean, comfortable and had all the amenities you required, close to the bus route to get to all places we wanted to visit. Howie and his wife were very helpful and accommodating. Would definitely come back here on our next visit.
Used this well located property as a base in North Vancouver while we handled some personal business. Very well appointed. Full kitchen with all you need, even a full size washer/dryer which was very useful for a week long stay. Nicely finished, very comfortable and helpful/responsive host. Planning to stay again on future visit.
We keep coming back to Howie's place because it has everything we need for a 'home away from home'. Howie himself is a very friendly and accommodating host who is helpful but not intrusive.
The suite is very bright, clean and nicely furnished. The bed is comfortable and has good quality bedding. The kitchen is very well equipped with appliances and utensils...all you need to bring is groceries.
The property is in a quiet neighborhood, it's easy to find and has easy access to the freeway. It's only a short walk to a grocery store, coffee shop, and a couple of restaurants at a local mall.
We definitely will be back.
This was a 1-bedroom basement apartment with separate entry to the rear of the house. It was very clean, spacious and looked like new. It was located close to the freeway for easy access but did not have the freeway noise. The host gave us some good recommendations for travel (take the seabus to downtown) and dining. I would very definitely love to stay there again if my travels ever brought me back this way.
There are no words to describe this apartment! It far exceeded our expectations. Howie even drove us to the hotel early in the morning to meet the bus for our train trip through the Rockies!!. Every thing we needed was in the apartment. If we ever get back to this area we most certainly will stay here!
