Steps from the beach!

This beautifully newly renovated Anna Maria Island bungalow is COVID compliant, super clean and very comfortable. With an open, split floor plan, it has 2 king bedrooms, each with private baths and is only 3 houses from FEET IN THE SAND! Half way between the amazing white sand beach and the bay and Pier. Only 1 block over is Historic Bridge Street with all of the cool restaurants, mini golf, shops and bars with live music. Once here, you never need to drive. Just leave your car in the driveway (it can fit up to 4 cars). Everything is within a block walking distance! If you want to be active, there is plenty to do! Take a boat ride to see dolphins, parasail on the gulf, go fishing off the Pier, play a round of mini golf or just relax at our beautiful white sand beach. Beach chairs, umbrellas and towels are available for your use. When you're not out and about, enjoy the private, shaded backyard with a brand new heated/cooled swimming POOL, grill, chaise loungers and a dining table, chairs and shade umbrella. There is nothing like Anna Maria!! Come make lasting memories!

The house is beautiful and clean the pool and back yard are amazing. It is very close to the beach and steps from Bridge street and some local bars and restaurants. We utilized the free AMI trolly to go to restaurants in the city.

Within walking distance to the ocean! Beautiful sunsets! Great shopping district with coffee shop. House was perfect with just the right size pool. This was an awesome getaway and we will be booking again!

This has been the best beach vacation I've ever had. The only thing I wasn't prepared for was the no see ums and mosquitos. But we got what we needed so still very enjoyable time.Tgis place is really about location and privacy...both perfect. Great host. We were very happy and left a few beers in the fridge for the next guest! Enjoy!

Yet another perfect stay at the Bougie Bungalow. Our return visit was even better than the first with all of the newly remodeled spaces within the home. As many reviews state, this is the best location on AMI with the beach, bay, shops, restaurants and mini golf all within a 5 minute walk. Can't wait to head back down for another stay.

The house was beautiful, spotless, comfortable beds, amazing backyard! The backyard with crystal blue pool was like a vacation of its own! Location was great. Perfectly in between the beach and the bay. Everything in walking distance. Great beach chairs! Would stay here every time! The host Laura was amazing! Any questions we had she answered immediately. Our family truly enjoyed our stay here at the beach. It was a very quick walk to the beach and restaurants. Then the kids enjoyed just relaxing in our own private pool. All was great.

Much needed girls trip

The bungalow was perfect! Walking distance to the turquoise ocean and bayside fishing pier and all of the shops and restaurants on bridge street. The beds were comfortable, The pool was refreshing. It was decorated so cute. Perfect spot for a girls wknd!

We have traveled all over the world and yet we kept coming back to Anna Maria Island. This is without a doubt one of our favorite places to be! There truly is nothing like it. We finally found the perfect house in the perfect spot and are excited to share it with you! We hope you love it as much as we do.

Por qué escogió este alojamiento

This house is so comfortable. The split floor plan gives you some privacy, but the living room, back room and backyard have plenty of space to come together. It is literally 3 houses from the beach and 3 houses the other direction to the bay. With it's white sand beaches, crystal clear water, home town feel and great restaurants, bars and live music at your fingertips, why go anywhere else?

Get all the comforts of home with a fully stocked kitchen, comfortable beds and linens and within walking distance to everything! Beach chairs, umbrella (with digger), beach bag, towels, frisbee and even sand toys for kids are provided for you! Then enjoy the backyard with our heated/cooled swimming pool!!
