This two-bedroom, two-bathroom condo (sleeps 5) is perfect for your Hilton Head Island Vacation! This tree-top 5th floor condo offers a resort view and is just a few steps from the beautiful Hilton Head beach.
There is a King bed in the master bedroom. The 2nd bedroom has a queen bed and a twin bed.
Guests staying in this unit will enjoy a landscape view from their balcony, easy access to the beach, grill area, and a pool area all in one complex! After enjoying the beach and ocean, rinse off under the outdoor shower located on the complex's private walkway and take a dip into the oceanfront swimming pool.
Among the many amenities offered throughout Hilton Head Island, Ocean One is one block from the Coligny Beach Market. Wonderful family vacation

The location was central. The beach access was lovely and the host could not be more accommodating. It was our first trip to Hilton Head and we will return.

Wonderful property with all the amenities of home. Perfect location near Coligny Plaza. We loved our stay and will be back! The host is wonderful at communicating and very responsive!

Perfect Location!

We had a wonderful time. The location is perfect and with small children we were able to walk to the grocery, to shops, to supper and to the playground. The property was decorated perfectly. We will for sure book this property again when we vacation in Hilton Head again.

Fantastic Weekend Getaway

This was a beautiful property right at the ocean. We really enjoyed the easy private access to the beach and the lovely pool. The unit was well maintained and tastefully decorated. Chris was supper helpful with timely communication about codes and the checkin process. This was fantastic long weekend getaway for us and our only regret was that we couldn't stay longer.

Fantastic place to stay!

This is an outstanding place for a family vacation. First, the location is perfect - just steps away from a private path to the beach - no driving, no parking, no waiting! Second, the host is amazing! Chris responded to any questions very quickly, as always friendly, and went out of his way to make sure everything went well! Last, but not least, this condo is stuffed with everything you could possibly need. From toiletries, to little things like salt, pepper, garbage bags, toilet paper, aluminum foam, and even a bottle of wine… it was all available. This is somewhat unusual for a rental place and was a big bonus for us - instead of going shopping and spending extra $, it was all already there for us! Overall, a great experience, and we would love to be back!

Beautiful West Indies style Condo

This is an elegantly decorated condo with a British Colonial feel. The condo was steps from the large pool and beach. A great plus was the life guard near the beach entrance. The kitchen was fully stocked and the large refrigerator was wonderful. Dish washing detergent, soap, and bathroom paper products were provided. The beds were comfortable and the area was super quiet. The parking lot was secure and we felt extremely safe and relaxed while staying here. The owner was quick to respond to all questions and was very helpful with suggestions. I highly recommend this condo! We had an awesome visit to this exotic paradise.

Perfect villa for a nice getaway...

The villa was perfect for our quick family getaway. The furnishings are all beautiful, comfortable (which sounds cheesy, but they really were), and in great shape. The four of us had ample space. The layout was great. Chris is a great communicator as well as host. We had everything we needed. The complex is right on the beach and easy to get anywhere on the island. We definitely recommend and would certainly return.

Great location. Walkable to shops, restaurants

This property was clean, well furnished and comfortable. Beach access was great since I had elderly with us. Enjoyed having a walkin shower for elderly.

Perfect HH Getaway

Fortunate we came across this property for a last minute mini vacation with the parents. Perfect location being both on the beach and Coligny circle allowing for quick and easy access without needing to drive. Appreciated communication with owner and extra items in the kitchen and external locker - from coffee to beach chairs. One favorite feature was the west facing balcony with live plants - made for unique and pleasant evening relaxing.
