Our home in beautiful Palmetto Dunes invites you to come and enjoy your vacation here. We are conveniently located just a short 10 minute walk to the beautiful Palmetto Dunes beach and backs up to the eighth hole of the acclaimed Robert Trent Jones golf course. The home has 3 bedrooms and 2 baths that accommodates up to 8 guests.
Once inside you can hang out in the spacious living room where you’ll find a new SmartTV as well as good old family board games. Adjacent to the living room is a large dining room with comfortable seating for up to 8 people.
The vaulted family room faces the pool and the golf course, offering easy access to the outdoors at any time of day. Just step through the sliding doors and you are at the pool! In the family room you will find a large screen SmartTV. The family room is also open to the newly remodeled kitchen, which has an eat-in area as well as a large center island where you can enjoy your first cup of coffee of the day. The kitchen has been completely remodeled with new cabinets, stainless steel appliances and granite countertops. The kitchen is well-stocked with all the cooking and entertaining utensils you’ll need during your stay. And of course a Keurig coffee maker that can make a single cup or a full pot and toaster oven for those quick and easy meals.
There is a full laundry room adjacent to the kitchen with a new washer/dryer.
At the opposite end of the house are 3 bedrooms and 2 bathrooms. Each of the bedrooms has a flat screen TV. The master bedroom has a king bed and an ensuite bath with a shower. The second bedroom has a new queen sized bed. The third bedroom has two new full beds. The second and third bedrooms share a full bathroom with a tub and shower.
Outside in the backyard you can wind down after a long day at the beach. Relax in the sun on 4 lounge chairs or put up the umbrellas for some welcome shade. The pool has a sun deck in the water, a 6 foot deep end, waterfall feature and bench for your enjoyment. If you are planning a BBQ use the grill to prepare an al fresco meal that you can enjoy at the dining table that seats 4. Enjoy those cool evenings with a glass of wine in one of the 4 Adirondack chairs that surrounds the gas fire pit.
Looking for entertainment? Our home is located in the desirable Palmetto Dunes Resort, just minutes from Towne Center at Shelter Cove and some of the best restaurants and shops the island has to offer.
Looking for activities? Jog or bike along the numerous scenic bike paths, canoe or kayak in the lagoons, play a round of golf at one (or more) of the 3 golf courses within the resort, play tennis and pickle ball or simply grab a towel and some sunblock and take a 10 minute stroll to the beach.
