About this property

Shenandoah Sunsets

Gorgeous views and sunsets from this idyllic, secluded A-frame. Sleeps 15. Open floor plan, outdoor hot tub; and high end finishes on 7 acres, including a football field sized grass field and a private stream.

We are minutes from Shenandoah River, Shenandoah River State Park, and Skyline Drive at the National Park.

We have 2 canoes, 2 kayaks, and 6 inner tubes. Chef's kitchen, gas grill, outdoor couch, indoor and outdoor fire places, and fully stocked game area (both indoor and outdoor games) featuring bocce ball, corn hole, ping pong table , and a kids croquet set. Too many kids games to mention.

$5000 per month: Local laws require a minimum 31 day lease.

Why they chose this property

We bought and furnished this property, to be used by our family, friends and neighbors. We spend most of our weekends out here. We are offering it up during this stressful and uncertain time for families that want to escape the city for a month or so in order to get a refresh. Decompress in solitude, but less than 15 minutes to Front Royal.

What makes this property unique

Thoughtful touches throughout. Gorgeous views. Grass-fed cattle across the road (occasionally). Private stream is a great place to cool off.
