Great location, clean, but odd layout

The location of this apartment was wonderful. The apartment was very clean, the bathrooms were new, and the kitchen was spacious. But here's what you need to know: it is a converted store. There is very little natural light, with the exception of frosted storefront glass in the front room and a skylight in the loft bedroom. Two of the bedrooms don't have any windows at all (one bedroom is located in the basement accessed by a metal ladder and the second is off the kitchen). The third bedroom is a loft that you access by climbing up a metal ladder and has 5-foot sloping ceilings so it is difficult to stand up.
