The location of this house was perfect, walking to everything you wanted to do in edgartown! The house itself was huge and immaculately kept. We had 3 families (siblings and their kids) stay here and it was the perfect house. Pool and hot tub were huge bonus and the covered porch was great too. We hung out a lot in the kitchen area and it fit our large family perfectly. The welcome packet had all the information we needed perfectly spelled out for us. When we come back to MV we will Definetely be staying here again!

Gorgeous home and a perfect retreat

We stayed over Memorial Day weekend and could not have asked for a better spot. The heated pool and hot tub were amazing, and the house was a very short walk to town. The house is well-kept and beautifully decorated. We hope to stay again soon!

Family group for MS bike ride

Plenty of room for our group to bbq, rest, and rejuvenate after the MS bike ride around the island. Hot tub was a helpful amenity after the ride once the Caretaker showed up right away to fix a temperature issue. Beautiful rooms with plenty of bedrooms and privacy for everyone. There were plenty of lively gathering spots. Location perfect for a walk to Edgartown as well. Would stay again.

Excellent location and great home!

Stayed here with work friends on a team building trip. It was super clean and the pool and hot tub were fantastic. The location allowed everyone to do their own thing and eat wherever they wanted. There was plenty of space for privacy or socializing. It was a wonderful trip.

Beautiful home in beautiful Edgartown

This is a charming, large house with a great layout for a group: big kitchen space for hanging out, as well as a big dining room and two sitting rooms. It even has an office! The bedrooms and bathrooms are nicely appointed, and the location is great. We were there in September, and we really appreciated the hot tub!

Amazing Stay!

Cannot wait to book again. Amazing location, enormous property with everything you could possibly need. Every convenience is available - full cable, wifi, wired home sound system, heated pool, etc. Restaurants, fish market, beaches, etc. are all a quick walk nearby. This is the best rental experience that I have had on VRBO and we will rent again for sure! Don’t hesitate - book and enjoy!

Beautiful home away from home with a pool

The house was gorgeous!! Beautifully and comfortably decorated. Very spacious with fabulous outdoor living area made you feel like you had extra room. We enjoyed every meal outside next to the pool. We also loved how close it was to everything. Great location to walk to town and easy access to see the rest of the Vineyard. Plenty of parking for cars. We look forward to staying again!

The property was perfect for our stay of 7 adults (two parents, three adult children plus two spouses). The house is in a residential section of Edgartown just a two minute walk to Main Street. It was very quiet on the street and in the adjoining houses. The house is very tastefully decorated in a traditional manner, and is large enough for everyone to have privacy, to gather in one of the many common rooms, or work in the office. Also, the carriage house afforded one of the couples with an extra layer of privacy. The hot tub worked well, but we did not use the beautiful pool. The house also has a large kitchen and dining room, which we used for one grand dinner. Finally, the caretaker (who was not on property) was highly responsive, friendly, and accommodating to our needs. We would certainly stay again if we return to Edgartown.
