Quiet charming cottage in DOWNTOWN MURPHYS. TWO NIGHT MINIMUM. SORRY NO PETS, not childproofed so NO CHILDREN OR BABIES ALLOWED. Same day bookings accepted call Denise at 209–662–4135 as the webpage will not book a same day booking or the following day if it’s past 6pm PT. Thank you! Minimum $25 charge for charging an electric vehicle.
This Charming Fairytale like Cottage is located in Downtown Murphys. It is always decorated for the holidays and the season.
There are several areas around the cottage to enjoy the outdoors, including porches, and a backyard.
You can walk to over 20 wine tasting rooms, upscale restaurants, boutiques, spas and much more. You may park your car and never use it until your departure. Or you can drive 2 miles to Mercer Caverns, 2 miles to Ironstone Winery, about 5 minutes to Moaning Caverns. Drive 20 minutes up Highway 4 to visit the internationally known Big Trees State Park and see trees over 2000 years old!

The king size bed has a pillow top mattress that is sooooo comfortable!

Bear Valley Ski Resort is less than an hour away offering downhill, crosscountry and snowmobiling. Nearby Stanilaus River, Utica Lake, Union Lake, Spicer Reservoir and New Melones Lake offer fishing, hiking, swimming and boating. The Gold Rush town of Columbia is just 20 minutes away too! Year round, there is always something to enjoy when you visit Murphys! 1 night stays available during the week and on the weekend if someone else books the other weekend date.

This was the perfect relaxing getaway at a quaint little cottage. The location was great. Easy walk to the shops in Murphys. Just be aware that the shop jours are limited and everything closes early, but that left more time to relax. The host Denise was great, friendly and easy to work with.

We had an amazing time. The cottage was perfect for a quiet weekend get away. It is very close to main street and the shops and restaurants, there are several other attractions that are close by as well, and the scenery is fantastic. Our host is AMAZING...such a wonderful woman. I enjoyed meeting her and taking time to talk to her. We already love Murphy's, but this experience at such a cozy and comfortable spot had us planning our next adventure out there. Thank you, Ms. Denise for your hospitality and kindness. Charming well appointed cottage, really loved the delightful style and beautiful garden. Much enjoyed that there is a little outdoor seating area that was very enjoyable in the evenings while looking out at the super pretty garden. I love to garden and I enjoy decorating the cottage for every season and holiday. I live next to the cottage in my own little cottage which is always convenient in case you need anything. Your stay will be a pleasant one to remember!
