Welcome to this coastal inspired vacation home in the heart of South Scottsdale. Everything you need in one place; Large heated* pool with basketball hoop, BBQ grill & outdoor dining space under the covered patio, quality furnishings & bedding for comfortable accommodations, and a centrally placed location to get around the valley with ease.

Enjoy a stress-free vacation with everything you need at your fingertips. The kitchen is fully stocked with essentials and cookware, and we've provided toiletries like shampoo, conditioner, body wash, toilet paper, and paper towels. Common household items such as bath towels, pool towels, washcloths, blow dryers, an iron, a blender, hangers, and more are also included. This is the vacation you've been waiting for!

Pool Heating* There is an additional fee of $125 per night to heat up the swimming pool with a three night minimum. This can be selected as an option upon check out.

The house was beautiful and decorated nicely. We enjoyed the proximity to all of the cool areas in Scottsdale. The back yard was awesome to hang out in. Also, VacayAZ was extremely easy to get in contact with in advance of our trip. We loved the recommendation guide that was at the house, too!

We’ve stayed at this home several times as we love the location between ASU and Scottsdale. The neighborhood is quiet and safe, home is well appointed with everything we need, clean and comfortable. We enjoy having a tv on the patio. The only constructive criticism I have would be to do some landscaping around the pool to make it more appealing, and some pool floaties! We hope to be back!

Scottsdale Medical Visit

Came to town so my two year old could get ear tubes placed at Phoenix Children’s Hospital. The house was clean, comfortable, and in a great location. Would definitely stay again.

This was a great home! Very spacious and well maintained! Nice pool area! Very nice! We loved it! The only problem was that the refrigerator (not the freezer) was not working properly. It definitely was a newer refrigerator but the fan was not working and we could not use it. An appliance repair man came and said it the fan would not be in until the day we left. That was definitely an inconvenience for us but things happen. We are hoping to get somewhat of a refund. But otherwise it was very nice!

Girls Trip

Our aim was to get some sun and pool time in a comfortable property for 5 adults. The home was well decorated and finished and comfortable with all amenities required for a lovely 3 day stay. It was a short ride from the airport and to shopping and restaurants with a few in walking distance. Would 100% stay again.

Gorgeous!

We had a great time here and found it to be centrally located. The house is beautiful and bright, and the pool is great. The perfect place to hang out on a 100 degree day! My only constructive criticism is the place could use more mugs. There are soooooooooooooo many cups but only (I think) 6 mugs.

This place was perfect!

The place had a great layout for a family with a perfect backyard/pool area. It was in great condition and well stocked with everything you could need. The owner was easy to communicate with before hand. Would definitely recommend! Great place!

Beautiful Property - Well Maintained

This was the best-maintained VRBO I have stayed at. Everything you needed was there; the property was recently updated and in impeccable shape. The neighborhood was quiet and very close to downtown Scottsdale and the airport. The only issue we had was the air conditioning. It only seemed to work in the evening, if at all. Because of this, it never got below 75 in the house and often was 80 degrees. Luckily, it was winter in Arizona.

Wonderful stay in Scottsdale!

We enjoyed an amazing ladies' weekend at the Coastal Oasis. The house is beautiful and relaxing with plenty of cozy places to gather. Very well appointed with thoughtful touches and the location had great access to so many activities. We would love to come back to this charming home!

Beautiful home, comfortable stay

We really enjoyed our stay in this beautiful home. We had everything we had, including very comfy beds!Close to the 101, which made it easy for us to get around and explore. Highly recommend and would definitely stay again on our next visit to the Phoenix/Scottsdale area!Thank you

Nice home in Scottsdale

Home had plenty of room for our Christmas gathering. Comfortable furniture and beds. Kids really enjoyed the pool. One issue was we didn’t have internet or cable tv when we checked in and we couldn’t get anyone out to get things working until the next afternoon. Other than that everything went well

Family Christmas

Our family gathered to celebrate our Christmas as we have Adult daughters who were unable to travel home to CA. The home was spacious & very clean. All convenience was available for us so we only had to bring in food. What a stress-free holiday with great location!

The location was perfect! Located within 15-20 minutes of everything we had planned. The house was clean and equipped with the amenities needed. Would definitely stay here again the next time I'm visiting the area.

Great house

The house was comfortable and clean with everything we needed for a comfortable stay. The pool was clean and refreshing which was welcome since during our stay there was a heat advisory and record temperatures. We really enjoyed hanging out on the patio watching TV and cooling off in the pool.

Lovely home

The home was great and well stocked with the necessities. Everything we needed. Only issues were pool was dirty when we arrived on a Wednesday. Home information did state the pool is serviced on Wednesday or Thursday each week, so we just figured it would be cleaned on Thursday. However it was not so we had to call on Thursday evening and again on Friday Other complaint was both outdoor trash cans were already overflowing, which created a bad outdoor odor. One was emptied on Monday, but unsure why both were not taken care of on pickup day Again the inside of the home was spotless We would definitely consider this home again
