The property is convenient to many fabulous destinations in the beautiful area of North Georgia and the Western Carolinas...the perfect getaway to rest, relax and renew.

Guests can enjoy majestic scenery, hiking, including the Appalachian Trail, Tallulah Gorge State Park and Black Rock Mountain State Park (the highest elevation state park in Georgia). The area also offers abundant boating, rafting, tubing, fishing, shopping, horseback riding, zip lines, wineries, spa services and local farm-to-table dining.

This home is the perfect retreat for those that seek the tranquility and beauty of the mountains and lake life.

The home features 5 spacious and private bedrooms and ample outdoor living areas, including a large screened porch with a stacked stone fireplace and open air deck perfectly situated for grilling and dining. The main level has a 30 ft tall vaulted great room, entertainer's kitchen, dining room, breakfast area, two-story stacked stone fireplace, hardwood floors and a private master suite with king-sized bed, walk-in closet, dual vanities, separate shower and an over-sized jetted tub, adjoined by a full laundry room, half bath and two-car garage.

The upper level has 3 guest rooms and 2 full baths, as well as a balcony that overlooks the wonderful views . The terrace level, with full daylight, has a 5th bedroom with full en suite bath, an office with a pull-out sofa, a spacious living area with room for movies, sports games and puzzles, and a separate kitchen and half bath. The terrace level opens onto a large comfortably furnished stone patio overlooking the 5th fairway and a signature 210-foot waterfall...a great place to enjoy your morning coffee or evening cocktail.

Beautiful Mountain Retreat

We had the best weekend staying at this beautiful property in a spectacular setting. The pictures don’t do the property justice. We stayed for a weekend wedding and did a little sightseeing on the side. We really enjoyed the beautiful and quiet location. The property had every amenity to make our stay enjoyable. Excellent Relaxing Labor Day Weekend Vacation Home

Spacious, clean, very comfortable and centrally-located at Lake Burton for my family of 4 adults to reconnect boating on Lake Burton, hiking at Black Rock Mountain State Park, playing golf at Brasstown Valley Resort and dining at the Chop House at LaPrades Marina and downtown Clayton. High quality home with a great back porch with a view of the waterfall on the 5th fairway, beautiful stone fireplace & wood floors, full kitchen, plenty of bedrooms, and comfortable couches & chairs to watch football on two large TVs. Came home refreshed and reconnected with family because of this home.

A Great Escape

We spent a rainy and cloudy weekend at this lovely house and came back refreshed and rested and happy! Owner could have not been more helpful and the process from start to finish was easy and pleasant. We purchased a temporary membership at Waterfall Club and enjoyed the sport courts and indoor pool. House was clean and spacious. Fireplace was cozy and Clayton provided a nearby jaunt for lunch and light shopping. Can’t wait to return I’m the Summer!

Fabulous Getaway

This home is not only gorgeous but literally has every amenity you could possibly need. It is a spacious house laid out perfectly for larger groups. The house was pristinely clean, beautifully decorated and the beds were SO comfortable. You can not beat the views from the back deck and we loved watching the gophers on the golf course. 5+++ star rental! We can't wait to go back! The owner was so helpful, communicated with us easily and was a delight to work with.

Fabulous weekend

This home was perfect for our adult weekend to attend a wedding in the area. The house is gracious and updated. The kitchen is very well equipped and has top quality appliances and cookware. We used the two king bedrooms which were comfortable and quiet. We enjoyed coffee on the deck overlooking the golf course each morning and grilled out in the evening. With nearby recreation available- we golfed and rented a boat through the marina. The Gills were very responsive and a pleasure to communicate with. We highly recommend this property!

Beautiful home with amazing views

We truly enjoyed our stay at this home in Waterfall Club. The house had everything we needed for our 5 day stay. The house had many games to play, plus a foosball table that the kids loved. We paid for the temporary membership at the Waterfall Club which gave us access to the Club facilities, restaurants and watersports. We ordered twice from the Vista restaurant and were very happy with quality of the food. The Ingles grocery store had a surprising amount of organic food to choose from to make a dinner at home. We went hiking at several nearby locations to see waterfalls. The Dillard Stables had great staff and trained horses for our trail ride. The Club had kayaks (and life jackets) that were available on a first come first serve basis that provided much enjoyment out on Lake Burton. The Club indoor pool was beautiful. This was a wonderful mountain getaway, we had no complaints at all, we will definitely return to this home again.

Like A Dream Vacation

What an amazing property! I've rented many large homes, and this is by far my favorite. Like staying at a resort! Loved relaxing on the patio with views of the waterfall & mansions along the golf course. At night, loved roasting marshmallows in the stone fireplace in the covered patio (bug free). We took advantage of the club amenities & used the indoor pool, jacuzzi, sauna & tennis court when it rained. Also rented the club's new pontoon boat for a cruise around beautiful Lake Burton. Eating dinner at the club's Overlook Reataurant is a "must do" for its amazing panoramic views. The home is spacious, clean & tastefully decorated with plenty of room for people to spread out. The kids loved lounging in the downstairs living/game room watching movies on the large screen TV while the parents gathered upstairs. The kitchen is well stocked and the bedrooms & bathrooms are spacious. There are stairs to the entry, but the main floor master bedroom is perfect for elderly people. The downstairs master bedroom is perfect for anyone who prefers more privacy. Loved this home!

Our home is on the 5th fairway of the private Waterfall Club. Waterfall at Lake Burton s uniquely situated in the Northeast Georgia mountains that enjoys four distinctly charming seasons. Only 1.5 hours from Atlanta, the Waterfall Club and Lake Burton are an easy-to-reach destination for a weekend getaway or a longer stay in this rare mountain lake region.
