Luxury Living on the Lake! Boat Dock Kayaks Firepits, Lake and Mtn Views

Welcome to Stonecrest Lodge, a gorgeous custom-built 5000 sq. ft. Log Home, ideally located near the Heart of Hiawassee, Georgia. The Blue Ridge Mountains hospitality will charm you.

This luxurious log home features 5 private bedrooms, 3 1/2 baths and a pool table on the terrace level.
We offer a fully stocked kitchen, dining area and a wraparound deck with a gas grill for outdoor dining.

We have a walkway (no stairs) down to the firepits, lake, and boat dock. Enjoy swimming, boating, kayaking, fishing, or just relaxing in the quiet cove.
Guests are welcome to use our kayaks, paddle boards, and life jackets.
Bring your own boat or rent a boat from one of the local marinas. We have a double boat slip double deck private boat dock. We have parking for up to 5 cars.
7 night minimum stay during peak season
(Memorial Day through Labor Day)

Our main level is wheelchair accessible, with entry ramp wide doors master bedroom and bathroom are on the main level with accessible bed height grab bars and roll in shower.
Stonecrest Lodge facilities are for the use of our guests ONLY. Exceptions may be obtained by request.
Exterior video cameras are in use. There is a visible camera above the front door facing the driveway and entrance to front door. There is a visible camera above the overhead garage facing the driveway.

We had eight adults for a long weekend getaway. The property is beautiful, the house was immaculate and well appointed. We spent a lot of time on the porch and at the fire pits. We also had great interaction with the host, who also gave us ideas of hikes and wineries in the area. We're considering a return visit.

Our family (three generations) have stayed in many short-term rental properties over the last 20 years and this home, by far, was the cleanest one and I'm pretty picky. Not only was the home spotless, it was beautiful and welcoming. Our family from ages 10 though 78 thoroughly enjoyed our stay. The neighborhood was wonderfully quiet and the home is secluded far enough away from the main area of the lake that their was very little boat traffic when we were using the kayaks and paddle boards. Would recommend this home to any family looking to have a relaxing vacation.

This was a wonderful vacation spot! The house was exactly as described. What was great was there was five of us and we had plenty room to spread out and not be on top of each other the entire time.The dock was perfect, we rented a boat for a few days and were able to keep it docked at the house. There are also paddle boards there you can use at no additional charge which was great! They also had life vests of all sizes available.View of the lake was amazing, master was awesome but the other bedrooms were very good as well. All in all I highly recommend this place for a vacation getaway.

Great Lakefront Oasis

This house was perfect for our 10 family member get together. The family rooms were perfect for everyone to be together, the bedrooms were large and spaced out throughout the house. The dock and water sports made it so we didn’t want to leave. Located close enough to hiking and tubing. Will definitely recommend to friends and family!!

Great house for a family reunion

We had 7 people from 4 states for a family reunion. Great house for that with lots of indoor and outdoor spaces for different activities. Nice view of the lake, close to town and good grocery store for provisions. The house was immaculate when we got there. The kitchen was well equipped with plenty of cookware and other things. It had everything we needed. Highly recommended.

Luxury Comfort for Group of Eight

A high quality, beautifully decorated and comfortable home on the lake for our group of 7 adults and 1 child, great for boating [brought a boat and used the boathouse], fishing and kayaking. A modern kitchen and two refrigerators made it easy to cook/grill all of our meals. Three levels of bedrooms/bathrooms for privacy. The owners were easy and pleasant to work with. When outside, the road noise from the nearby bridge was noticeable but did not significantly detract from our stay.

Great home for our family gathering

We had 11 people in this house spanning 3 generations, ranging in age from 13 to 86. The house was spacious enough for all of us and everything was clean and in very good condition. It was great being on the water so we could swim, and we also rented a boat for one day and did some hikion and biking in the area. I would very nuch recommend this home for larger groups (or smaller), My father even met one of the neighbors who gave us some home-grown tomatoes!
