Premium comfortable one story remodeled home in a very quiet safe neighborhood with beautiful ocean views around the area. Guests will enjoy the privacy of the entire house that has everything to provide you a comfortable and relaxing vacation.
Located minutes from Monterey Bay Aquarium, Carmel, 17-mile-drive, and Laguna Seca Raceway.
On site parking for 2+ cars. 3 private bedrooms with 1 king and 2 with queen size beds. 2 full bathrooms, beautiful kitchen with appliances, and lots of details for that comfy home feel away from home.

Very clean, comfy and fully stocked

Great house for exploring the Monterey area. All of found it very clean and well stocked. We didn't really cook except for making coffee, tea and toast but we're surprised with all the kitchen appliances and utensils. We would book again!

Nice & convenient

This house was perfect for our little getaway. My husband, my daughter and I enjoyed staying here. The house was clean, Beds were comfy and it was convenient to where we wanted to go. My only complaint is some of the cookware and supplies are old and need to be thrown out and replaced. The front yard also needs some TLC, but it didn't interfere with our stay.

Stayed here for our golf clubs two day championship at Bayonet/Black Horse. Location was perfect for golf and post golf activities.

Anniversary trip to Monterey

My wife and friends flew out to celebrate our Anniversary in Monterey. It was the first time we had been in the area. Great scenery and the weather was a bit warmer than expected. Had a great time and will be revisiting in the near future.

Amazing details

The house was so amazingly comfortable. Host was excellent in communication and even gave us a complimentary bottle of wine after a checkin mix-up. A much needed respite from the city was our goal and we certainly got it in this beautifully appointed home. The beds were especially comfortable. Would stay again!

Convenient & chill spot in Seaside!

We got married in Monterey and had our reception at Bayonet & Black Horse Golf Course in Seaside. This VRBO was a very convenient location in a chill neighborhood. Check-in process was easy. Nice decor & bathrooms, comfy beds. My only slight complaint was the floor was pretty dirty, but otherwise the house was clean. I would stay here again if ever back in the area with family!

Nice House

Seems that there was someone in the other half of the house - that was surprising - but it was not an issue. That little dining room off the kitchen was weird - we never used it. TV awful - I had to go buy a Roku Stick to watch TV - you should have a better option to watch live TV. Other than that, very nice home and it worked out for us so thanks

Nice place to stay close to Monterey & Carmel

The house was nice and close to Monterey and Carmel. There were a few things that the house was lacking. The trash from the previous guest had not been emptied, and the coffee maker and toaster did not work. The TV was glitchy and the remote only worked on and off. The host was quick to communicate and was gracious enough to allow us to check in early. Overall we had a good experience and enjoyed our stay in Monterey.

Nice stay

The property was clean and quiet. The location provides easy access to beaches and the main highway. For the price it’s a very nice place to stay. We did note a few things that could have improved our stay: 1. There’s no way to lock the utility room from the rental unit. Being able to lock out the housekeeping staff when they’re in the utility room working would increase the feeing of security. 2. The shower fixtures are nice, but they are loose. Improving their anchoring to the wall would be nice. 3. There was a cold draft coming in around the front door. Better weather stripping would help keep the noisy wall heater from having to run as much. Those are minor issues, all easily fixable. Overall the property provided an affordable pleasant stay.

Seaside two nights

Just like the other reviews-TV remote worked part time, toaster barely worked. For a two night stay we were provided one set of towels per person. Asked for more and more bath towels were provided around 6 pm of our final night. living room furniture could use refreshing. Couches are worn and dirty. On a plus side very responsive and allowed us to check in early. trash was backed up outside, would be a solid unit with a small investment in fixing things that need fixing.

Our family enjoyed our visit.

Our family of five adults and one dog stayed in this Seaside vacation rental for three nights. The house had plenty of room for everyone, the street parking was sufficient for three vehicles and the location was convenient to the event we were attending. I will point out that there is not very much outdoor sitting space and the king size bed is not in the bedroom attached to the private bathroom. As someone mentioned there is another smaller rental attached, perhaps a larger group could rent both units. We enjoyed our visit to Seaside very much.

Peaceful, quiet home - perfect for families!

We truly enjoyed our first VRBO rental ever in this lovely home in a quiet neighborhood. This corner home has plenty of free street parking and was conveniently located a mile from Costco, Target, Luckys Grocery store and the ocean! There is a Catholic Church 0.6 miles away. The Monterey Bay Aquarium and Cannery Row was only 4 miles away. We were able to cook a delicious Thanksgiving Turkey in this modern kitchen and we enjoyed watching the Macys Thanksgiving Parade on the large screen tv. It was nice to be able to bring our small pups with us on this family vacation too. The owner was kind, helpful and responsive. Highly recommend this home. Enjoy!

Seaside rental

We had a nice stay. Not a lot of space for small children/infants. Hard to figure out TV stations. Would help to have cabinets on kitchen labeled with what is inside. Otherwise great stay, good communication with owner.

This was much better than staying at amotek

Very positive enjoyable experience. Comfortable beds with plenty of space to relax. Huge kitchen with many extra amenities. Upgraded appliances and utensils and necessities in each room. Although the cost was high, we saved money by being able to cook and eat leisurely in comfort and privacy. It was worth the cost.

Clean house

House was clean and updated. A little surprised they threw in some old couches given the rest of the house was new. Overall, positive stay. This unit is connected to another unit, and not a stand alone house.
