House is well suited for two couples and a child. The kitchen was well-stocked and the house was clean. The host communicated well and was accommodating with check-in times to fit our party's needs.

Being at the end of the property compound was great! Quiet & relaxing. Beautiful views of the ocean as well as the farmland next door. Since Monterey Dunes is the only condo/compound in this particular area & is right near a protected coastline, it was like having our own private beach. The condo itself was well maintained & comfy. Perfect size for a family of four. Would definitely recommend Monterey Dunes & stay here again.

The home was beautiful and offered a nice back deck with an amazing view of the beach. The beach itself was quiet and secluded and great for long walks. Everything in the home was very comfortable and the kitchen was well-stocked.

It was now the fourth time that we stayed at this house. And it has always been and absolute dream to be there ! The quietness and tranquility is unrivaled. The house is great, the patio with view to the ocean (and whales sometimes) is stunning to say the least. Everything is very clean and the kitchen has everything you may need. The owner is super nice and very very helpful and reacts quickly when you contact her via email. We can't wait to visit again next year. You can't go wrong with renting this house!

This beautiful end property offers privacy and seclusion! Our family enjoyed this well-stocked home and especially enjoyed the very short walk along a well maintained boardwalk to a quiet beach. It’s perfect for our annual vacation for our family of 6!

My family had a great two night stay. The place is spacious just as pictured, and very private and quiet. No shampoo was provided but shopping is just 14 minutes away with an easy drive.

What a lovely home! Located on the beach! We walked the mostly empty beach every morning and evening and even found sand dollars. Home was immaculate. Took about 20 minutes to get to Monterey and an hour to Santa Cruz. Highly recommend this home.

We really enjoyed the condo! It was quiet, peaceful and the views were amazing! The kitchen was easy to work in, the sofas gave us plenty of seating and the beds were very comfortable. There six of us ladies and we all agreed that we would stay again and recommend it to others!

This beautiful property is everything you could ask for in a vacation home if you want peace and quiet, beach access, enough room for everyone, comfort and relaxation. I will definitely come back and enjoy! The host is easy to communicate with. The kitchen had all we needed to take care of simple meals, washer and dryer on site, garage parking, wonderful courtyard, quiet neighborhood with friendly security staff. Wonderful place to escape to!

The view of the beach and ocean was spectacular. New windows made it clear and kept us warm inside. Remodeled bathrooms were a plus. The beach access was easy and the home comfortable. We saw seals and otters and tons of birds. Very quiet and peaceful.

This was a wonderful stay for a family of five. Plenty of room and beds available. Location was gorgeous and made for some lovely sunset walks on the beach which was steps away from the home. Very clean. We didn’t use the kitchen but appeared stocked with utensils.
