PLEASE READ - A CAUTION FOR THE PARTYING CROWD:

Most of the folks in our building are full time residents in Breckenridge. That means they usually get
up early, put in a full days work, then come home and chill out. These folks like to have a good time
like everyone else, but because they live and work here they generally like a little peace and quiet.

So, if you are heading to Breck with skiing and hard partying in mind, then for your sake, you would do
better to stay somewhere other then our place. If you want to ski hard and have a good time recovering
for the next ski day, without getting too out of hand in your celebrating, then come on down.

All Seasons is perfect

Our stay at All Seasons condo was perfect. Close to the shuttle stop, close to Peak 7 and 8, close to town. All we needed and more. Hot tub and sauna was a welcomed bonus! Definitely recommend.

Fantastic Stay in Breckenridge!

I had an amazing experience staying at this condo in Breckenridge! The location is unbeatable—super close to the Gold Route, Peak 8, and the village, making it incredibly convenient for skiing and exploring the area. The condo itself was comfortable and well-equipped with extra amenities like a boot warmer, glove dryer, and shoe box that made a big difference after a day on the slopes. I would definitely stay here again and highly recommend it to anyone visiting Breckenridge!

Very nice, newly remodeled unit. Location was good. Kitchen was nice to cook in and had all the dishes we needed to prepare out meals. If I stay in Breck again I would hope to have a chance to get this place.

Great Condo!

Our family of 4 really enjoyed our stay! The shuttle to & from the different peaks were very easy to navigate. The condo itself was extremely comfortable and had everything we needed! The hosts were easy to reach and very accommodating. We would definitely stay here again.

Perfect, Great Location!

This is a clean well maintained condo that has everything you need. The location was perfect, the bus stop is just across the street which will take you to the lifts or to town. The owners were helpful and available for any questions I had. This was a perfect place for a last minute trip to hit the slopes for a few days. Would definitely stay here again!

Perfect location and lovely upgrades

This condo was the perfect “base camp” for our weekend adventures. We could easily walk up the hill to Peak 8 or down the hill to main street. The condo was remodeled and is gorgeous! And Patti (owner) was a delight to work with.

Awesome condo in Breck!

We had a great time staying at this condo for our 14er hiking trip. It was in a great location close to Main Street of downtown, all the restaurants, & many mountains. Patti had excellent communication with me during the entire trip. This was a great condo in the perfect location with great prices. I would surely stay here again and highly recommend this condo to anyone looking for awesome lodging in Breckenridge!

The place to stay

This property had everything you could need for a fun, family mountain snowboard trip. We had a wonderful time and the owners thought of absolutely everything. We were able to stay comfortably with all of the luxuries of home. The kitchen is stocked and we enjoyed cooking some meals before and after hitting the slopes. This place is easy access to so much Breckenridge fun and we enjoyed the hot tubs after our long days of activity. Thank you for everything.

Well equipped, comfortable, newly remodeled condo.

Our son, daughter-in-law, and two young'uns thoroughly enjoyed their stay. within walking distance of shuttle stop, walk to slopes, or walk to town. Close proximity to other properties we rented so everyone could walk and not use cars. .Fairly quiet location. Really ideal space for family of 4 or 5.

Great condo near base of Peak 8!

We really enjoyed our time in John & Patti's condo in Breckenridge during our ski vacation in December. The hosts were so very nice, super accommodating, and easy to work with, even allowing us to adjust our arrival and departure dates during the busy Christmas season! The condo was perfect for our family of 4, but could easily have slept 3 more thanks to the bunk room. The condo is located within easy walking distance of the base of Peak 8; however, I wouldn't recommend doing it in ski boots! There is a Breck Free Bus stop with quick access to the bases of Peak 7 & 8 right at the corner of the complex (so you don't have to walk), the kitchen is well-stocked, the beds were all very comfortable, and my kids especially loved being right across from the complex hot tubs! The complex is well-maintained and quiet, perfect for relaxing after a day on the slopes. Thank you, John and Patti!

Spectacular ski vacation

This was my families first ski trip out west and it was amazing. The condo was clean, spacious, and had everything our family could want. We saved some money cooking our meals in the spacious kitchen. The living room had a great TV and a gas stove to relax by. There is a hot tub in the complex that is in the building next door. My son and i enjoyed the hot tub each night after a long day of skiing. The condo is only half a mile from peak 8 and right across the street from the free ride bus stop. It was very convenient. We would ski in the morning, come back to the condo for lunch, and head back out to the slopes for the afternoon. The owner was great at communicating with us and answered all of our questions up until we got there. If you are looking for great accomodations, friendly owners, with convenient access to the slopes and town then this is the place for you. I highly recommend this condo!

Great trip and will return!

I visited Breckenridge with a group of friends! We thoroughly enjoyed this property and would highly recommend it to others. The condo was VERY convenient to the bus which goes to the ski area and in to town. The set-up of the condo really maximizes the space and seems so much larger than it is. We especially loved the eating/table area. We were very pleased at how well the kitchen was stocked. They had all kinds of things available for us which saved us some money at the store. We wanted to pay it forward and left some of our extras behind as well!!! The only thing I want to point out is that in the accommodations section the unit is advertised as 1.5 bathrooms. However, in the description the owners state that the "half" is only a vanity. This unit is a 1.25 bathroom. One full bath and an additional, very convenient, vanity just outside the bathroom.

Nice Get-Away Weekend

My adult daughter and I stayed at All Seasons Condo for a much needed weekend away. The condo was very clean and had everything we needed. It was nice having the extra vanity so we could both get ready at the same time. I was a little concerned because Gold Camp is one of the older condo developments in Breckenridge, but this particular unit was beautifully updated and the perfect size for the two of us (although there is room for at least 2-3 more people). We sat out on the balcony one afternoon and it was very quiet and relaxing. The only complaint we have is while sleeping at night, there was a weird knocking sound that was heard mostly from the master bedroom. It was also heard a few times (not as loud) in the 2nd bedroom. We couldn't figure it out ~ it sounded like a water pipe banging, but it was happening even at 3 am. This noise, sadly, kept my daughter up for a good portion of the second night there. Other than that, it was a good place to stay.

Excellent location for Peak 8 - condo great for family/kids!

This was our first time to Breck and we really enjoyed it. The owners were incredibly helpful and responsive - and everything regarding the condo was easy and exactly as they said it would be. The location was perfect for Peak 8. It is the closest shuttle stop and less than a 1 minute bus ride - we even walked home from the mountain with the kids after skiing and it took about 10 minutes (in ski boots). If you are using the shuttle the pick up/drop off is at the entrance to the condo complex. It's also great for Peak 7, just another minute past Peak 8 - but we did ski school, childcare and base camp all at 8. You can get on the gondola at Peak 8 and take it all the way down to the village. The condo was in beautiful condition, clean and organized with EVERYTHING we needed, including a pack-n-play and high chair for the baby. The bathroom set up worked great with the full bath plus the sink/vanity for teeth brushing and face washing when the shower was in use. I think the best part of the condo was the thought the owners put into ski gear storage and organization. The hallway had hooks and shelves for everything along with rugs/mats and buckets for boots. It was super easy to peel off our (and the kids') gear quickly and hang it out of the way so it was ready and dry the next morning. Kitchen was neatly stocked with pots/pans and utensils so we could easily cook breakfast and dinner at the condo. The large island is great for gathering and eating. Plenty of towels and linens and blankets, and the washer and dryer was so convenient - we brought home all clean clothes! Parking was always available very close to the condo. We did have a bit of trouble getting out of the snow one day with our rental mini van, but the property manager happened to be out shoveling and was quick to help! The condo is a short ride to the village which has a ton of fun restaurants and shops, or the base of Peak 9. We would definitely stay here again. Location location location! This Condo was perfect for family dinners, games, laughing, etc. We had the best time with our family! Also, the boot and glove dryer helped immensely! We will definitely stay here again! It was so well designed!

Great Condo

Condo is very clean, nicely remodeled (older complex), and great use of space. Also has everything you in need in the kitchen and bath along with the nice extras including family games as well as a boot and glove dryer. Patti and John were quick to respond to the questions we had. Easy access to the bus stop across the street for a short drive to the slopes or down to town. Thank you for opening up your place to us. Would definitely stay again.

Why they chose this property

Although we had not skied much of Breckenridge before purchasing, we knew that it was arguably the best ski town on Colorado's Front Range. We also liked the proximity of Gold Camp to the Peak 8 base. Close enough to be convenient, but far enough away to be economical.
