Our newly remodeled condo is nestled in the woods below Peak 8 of the Breckenridge Ski Resort.

We are also within striking distance of Keystone, A Basin, Copper and all of Summit County.

Most of the folks in our building are full time residents in Breckenridge. That means they usually get

up early, put in a full days work, then come home and chill out. These folks like to have a good time

like everyone else, but because they live and work here they generally like a little peace and quiet.

So, if you are heading to Breck with skiing and hard partying in mind, then for your sake, you would do

better to stay somewhere other then our place. If you want to ski hard and have a good time recovering

for the next ski day, without getting too out of hand in your celebrating, then come on down.

Why John and Patti Huth chose Breckenridge

Although we had not skied much of Breckenridge before purchasing, we knew that it was arguably the best ski town on Colorado's Front Range. We also liked the proximity of Gold Camp to the Peak 8 base. Close enough to be convenient, but far enough away to be economical.

What makes this condo unique

The unit designs in Gold Camp make great use of the space and we hope you will find it as comfortable as we do.

Great place to stay

Very nice, newly remodeled unit. Location was good. Kitchen was nice to cook in and had all the dishes we needed to prepare out meals. If I stay in Breck again I would hope to have a chance to get this place.

A+ accommodations in Breckenridge

This condo was great! It was well-equipped with W/D, coffee pot, new appliances, and pretty much every utensil, pot & pan you can think of. We were able to cook anything we wanted.

The beds were comfortable. The optional sound machine in each bedroom was a nice touch. I normally sleep with white noise and forgot to bring it with me. It was a lovely surprise.

I loved the decor: clean lines and elegant with a hint of rustic... perfect for a mountain condo. That counter top is gorgeous! And I like the use of that counter as a dining room table - how clever! The extra sink in the hallway was very handy.

The owners were also very pleasant to work with.

I will definitely try to stay here every time I go to Breckenridge!

Great place

Beautiful place! Was very clean and had a great cozy homey feel. Beds were very comfortable,a place to put all your winter gear and even had boot warmers. Would definitely stay here again and will definitely recommend to friends

Great condo near base of Peak 8!

We really enjoyed our time in John & Patti's condo in Breckenridge during our ski vacation in December. The hosts were so very nice, super accommodating, and easy to work with, even allowing us to adjust our arrival and departure dates during the busy Christmas season! The condo was perfect for our family of 4, but could easily have slept 3 more thanks to the bunk room. The condo is located within easy walking distance of the base of Peak 8; however, I wouldn't recommend doing it in ski boots! There is a Breck Free Bus stop with quick access to the bases of Peak 7 & 8 right at the corner of the complex (so you don't have to walk), the kitchen is well-stocked, the beds were all very comfortable, and my kids especially loved being right across from the complex hot tubs! The complex is well-maintained and quiet, perfect for relaxing after a day on the slopes. Thank you, John and Patti!

Nice Get-Away Weekend

My adult daughter and I stayed at All Seasons Condo for a much needed weekend away. The condo was very clean and had everything we needed. It was nice having the extra vanity so we could both get ready at the same time. I was a little concerned because Gold Camp is one of the older condo developments in Breckenridge, but this particular unit was beautifully updated and the perfect size for the two of us (although there is room for at least 2-3 more people). We sat out on the balcony one afternoon and it was very quiet and relaxing. The only complaint we have is while sleeping at night, there was a weird knocking sound that was heard mostly from the master bedroom. It was also heard a few times (not as loud) in the 2nd bedroom. We couldn't figure it out ~ it sounded like a water pipe banging, but it was happening even at 3 am. This noise, sadly, kept my daughter up for a good portion of the second night there. Other than that, it was a good place to stay.
