The “condo” was more like an overpriced hotel room. The mattress in the main bedroom was horrible (make a chiropractic appt now). All the furniture was cheap. I had better furniture in my dorm room in college back when I was 18 yo!!

Good location

Property was fine for what we paid. Location was outstanding. Not sure I have ever had to take my shoes off in a VRBO but we respected the owners request. Having light beige carpet in a mountain VRBO with no rugs under the kitchen table and no table in front of the couch is challenging. I wish you luck keeping it clean. The beds were fine, I might suggest a few side tables next to the beds as there is nothing to put your phone on, no clocks, etc. The sleeper had no linens and when we pulled it out there were popcorn colonels everywhere, that was dissapointing. Overall, the place was OK, we had a good time. Always love coming up to Breck!
