Good location

Property was fine for what we paid. Location was outstanding. Not sure I have ever had to take my shoes off in a VRBO but we respected the owners request. Having light beige carpet in a mountain VRBO with no rugs under the kitchen table and no table in front of the couch is challenging. I wish you luck keeping it clean. The beds were fine, I might suggest a few side tables next to the beds as there is nothing to put your phone on, no clocks, etc. The sleeper had no linens and when we pulled it out there were popcorn colonels everywhere, that was dissapointing. Overall, the place was OK, we had a good time. Always love coming up to Breck!

A wonderful place with great accommodations!

I would highly recommend staying here. The location is spot on and the condo is beautiful. Both rooms were great and cozy and the kitchen/living area were very nice and extremely suitable for a small group or family. Will stay here next time I'm in Breckinridge!!

The Sundowner II property is not worth it!

The condo property was okay. The appearance was nice and clean. The condo layout is terrible in every sense. One example: Every window we had faced another condo's window, offering no privacy if you want to have fresh air/sunlight. We were given two TV's and seven remotes with no instructions on which remotes to use. Our condo also came with a contact to help us and answer questions, but did not answer any of our phone calls or texts. For the price and experience, a hotel would've been better. Not satisfied with much, especially for the price.

Great location!

Loved how close the condo is to main street. We didn't drive anywhere during our 2 night stay and just walked to the river walk/main street area each day. The condo was comfortable and clean. The only negative was we couldn't locate the bedroom television remote and it was too late at night to call the manager. Overall it was a wonderful stay in a beautiful locale! Oh, and my kids loved the old school Garfield cartoons on dvd that was in the condo, brought back childhood memories for me too!

Conveniently located and cozy condo.

This condo is just as advertised. Close enough to walk downtown or to the free gondola to the Epic Discovery fun park. Breckenridge is beautiful in the summer and our stay at this condo made it more enjoyable.
