Conveniently located and cozy condo.

This condo is just as advertised. Close enough to walk downtown or to the free gondola to the Epic Discovery fun park. Breckenridge is beautiful in the summer and our stay at this condo made it more enjoyable.

Clean and close to Main St.

I had no issue communicating with the owner and property manager. Getting into the unit was no problem, however we arrived after dark due to a flight delay and the condo complex and parking was REALLY difficult to find. The unit was clean, but dated. The walls are very thin, and doors "stuck" with age. My only real complaint was that bedding was sparse - not enough sheets, pillows. The kitchen was well equipped, and it turned out to be a great thing that there was a washer/dryer in the unit.

Great location, nice accommodation

The condo worked great for our 3-day visit to Breckenridge. We were able to find the place and park easily with the instructions we received, then we walked everywhere during the stay because of the central location. The rooms and bedding were very clean. Other than some stained carpet and loud fridge and bathroom fans, it was in good condition. We found it was hard to keep our room cool at night even with the window open, and there was no screen on the window. Very quiet for being on the first floor. We tried to use the complex's hot tub but the water was too hot to even put our feet in! All in all, it met all of our needs!

Great location!

This location was perfect for my family of 4. My kids loved the bunk beds! Only .5 miles to Main Street, a few blocks from the Snowflake lift (although not important for summer time), and also very close to Sawmill Trail, which made for a fun afternoon hike. The City Market grocery store was very close and had I realized that it had competitive prices and a great selection I would not have driven to Frisco for groceries. Save time and just go to City Market but bring your own bags (they charge for bags in Breckenridge). The property itself was fine. No real complaints other than there were not enough washcloths for 4 days but the local contact helped us out with getting more. There was not an ironing board or iron in the unit, which could have posed a problem since we were in town for a wedding, but thankfully we pressed our clothes before we left. The pillows are pretty flat, but again, you could bring your own if traveling by car. Overall, I would stay again and was very pleased with the quick communication from the owner and the local contacts.
