Set on nearly an acre, guests feel like they're at their own private resort with 5 bedrooms, 3 bathrooms, a large living room, lounge room, garage game space and a large deck that showcases a non-stop unique ocean show everyday. This house is setup for fun for all. A large table is the ideal setting for fabulous feasts prepared in a well-appointed kitchen. Guests can get cozy and warm up indoors with the wood stove or outdoors around the firepit. Experience adventure when you take the guests-only pirates’ trail. A short drive takes visitors to the Newport Historic Bayfront, Whale, Sea Life, & Shark Museum, Agate Beach State Recreation Site, Yaquina Bay Lighthouse, Yaquina Head Outstanding Natural Area and Oregon Coast Aquarium, great restaurants, hiking, shopping and so much more. Load and start the dishwasher

Gather used towels and store extra beds

Remove personal items and take out the trash

Turn off the lights and lock the doors

Please be sure to lock the hot tub and return key to front table.

Please turn off coffee pot and other small appliances.

Failure to complete these may result in a negative review from the host.

Cooking crab and fish is limited to the outdoor grill. Candles are not permitted.

Pets are not permitted on furniture or in hot tub and must not be left unattended. Chilren must not be left unattended.

Guests may not power RVs, charge electric vehicles or charge or use equipment that uses extrordinary power.

Our 12 bunko ladies had a GREAT time! Even the rain didn't diminish the fun we had. Well-appointed kitchen, plenty of space to spread out, but also enough room in the main living space for all of us. The owner texted Saturday morning to make sure all was okay. Thank you for sharing your place with us!
