Desirable Venetian Shores neighborhood. Newly renovated home with open concept kitchen, dining and living room. Convenient access either bay or ocean with protected dockage. This canal front home has 2 king en-suites upstairs and a relaxing screen porch off of the living room. There is a downstairs apartment with 2 bedrooms and 1 bathroom and small kitchen area. The pool is situated canal side and perfect after a long day of boating. Enjoy grilling your catch in your outdoor canal side kitchen. There is a 28 day minimum requirement on this home…please do not request or ask for altered time as it will not be accepted.
