Perfect Vacation Home

We stayed for 2 months and loved it!! The house is updated and clean. Paco met us on our 1st day and walked us through the house and outdoor area which was very helpful. The heated pool is beautiful! We had fun fishing and watching manatees swim by almost daily. This is a great house in a beautiful and safe neighborhood.

Great Location

You cannot beat the location. Great setup for fishing with commercial ice machine and dedicated deep freezer for bait. Large kitchen with great appliances. Great wifi. The pool was great considering it was in the mid 80s every day. Paco is a great owner/manager. He came in person to check us in.

The property is great. Would suggest an information sheet to disclose where to take trash, how to use appliances and WiFi use at the very least. Parking at a premium, better and easier to use valet service. Staff excellent to please your needs. Grocery near by. Property changed hands 2 before our stay, we got messages from mystay but if needed something they stated no longer managed so we were in circles many times but for the most part KB covered the issues. Great place for children not a quiet get away for adults as most pool and jacuzzis occupied by kids. Restaurant excellent, views excellent, concierge excellent and staff excellent. Unit beautiful and comfortable. Loved the welcome gifts too.

Very Comfortable - Great Neighborhood

Just finished spending 6 weeks and enjoyed our stay. The owner was very responsive to the few things we had a problem with. Looks like a gated community, without the gatekeeper. Very safe area and never had to worry about anything. We spent LOTS of time in the heated pool. Didn't think we would need the ice maker, however it was great to have, never out of fresh ice! Overall a great property.

Why they chose this property

We have vacationed in the Florida Keys for years and finally decided to buy our drean vacation home. After much searching we decided to purchase 125 Severino as it offers all the amenities we were looking for. Great location in Islamorada, quick access to the gulf and ocean fishing, heated pool for year round enjoyment and close to all the very best bars, restaurants and shopping. Also a short drive to Miami.
