The wonders of this expansive villa start at the front door, featuring a warmly inviting arched flowering trellis covered with tropical greenery at the entrance. Lovely and romantic French doors with retractable screens at the back let in fresh air in the fall, winter, and spring. The spacious second floor master bedroom suite has a king size bed, 42" HD Flat Screen TV, Blu-ray DVD Player, and an en-suite bathroom with 2 sinks. You will fall in love with its balcony where you will enjoy framed by both windows and French doors to best enjoy the magnificent views of the Gulf of Mexico and sunsets that you will forever remember with joy.

In this well laid out town home, the second delightful upstairs bedroom has a dreamy Queen bed with a 26" flat screen TV and a balcony with chairs and side tables to relax at. The third bedroom features two twin beds, making the villa a very comfortable destination for up to 6 people, for mini adults ages 5 and up! Full sized washer and dryer are conveniently located next to the bathroom near the two bedrooms.

There are so many entertaining areas and abundant seating for your enjoyment with the 1600 square feet open floor plan, along with 4 covered decks, all with beautiful and comfortable furniture to relax in and enjoy the spectacular sunsets on the back two! The huge living room is a great area for entertaining and playing games. And the pool is a very short walk while being far enough away to be the perfect balance. You can use the gas BBQ on the lawn for any meals or make use of the large charcoal barbecue grills at the dock…even make it a picnic.

The protected boat dock gives easy gulf and fast ocean access. Bring your own boat (MAXIMUM 31’ from motor to bow sprit/anchor) with deep water moorage at the dock or rent a boat or jet ski just around the corner. Double the fun with nearby rentals of paddle boards, kayaks, or bring your own water toys. 6 lovely beach towels are provided for your use. This is one of the very few if not the only rental comes w/ its own dock box and lock for your use. The boat slip has a hose for fresh water. A fish cleaning station is nearby as well as a convenience for your boat or for the house is very close to your boat slip #33. Have fun catching some fat mangrove snappers … or you never know what you just might catch!

This 3 bedroom villa in this beautiful, protected gulf front complex is in an exclusive resort like neighborhood and private setting. The backyard has a stately sweeping lawn leading to a gorgeous saltwater pool to swim in and relax and sunbathe in the lounge chairs of the lushly landscaped property. When you have enough sun, use one of the many umbrellas to read or nap in the shade. The pool is not only heated in the winter it is also cooled in the summer, so it is always just right. Colorful beach towels are available for your use at the pool or the beach.
