Backyard has been made into a beautiful place to read, nap or just relax in the sunshine. Location can’t be beat. Beach across road. Quiet street and walking distance to restaurants including breakfast diner, seafood restaurants, pizza, and donuts and bagels. Fishing pier in walking distance too. Close to the historicaldowntown district. Park and walk over the bridge or ride the free shuttle (during peak seasons) over. Lighthouse and amphitheater all very close. Wonderful host. Quick to respond

Fantastic place to stay for a beach trip! This house was the perfect size for my family to all sleep comfortably and we loved having two full bathrooms. Such a nice, clean property in the perfect location. A very short drive to the amphitheater and the historic district, and within walking distance to a beautiful beach and several restaurants. We would definitely come back!

My family and I loved Bud’s Lighthouse stay! It was the perfect location and an incredible price for the location and the spaciousness of the home. We loved the house and hope to come back next summer for a longer stay! Can’t recommend this place enough!

A lovely, cozy, quiet home very close to the beach and great restaurants. Out if the way of downtown traffic and was a perfect place for our St. Augustine stay. Wonderful communication and a seamless entry and departure. Loved the property.
