"EL CAPRICHITO" Great location newly remodeled two story home - Amazing backyard with a sensational pool including a spa that waterfalls into the pool. Boat Lift up to 15,000 lb., 30 feet length and 7,500 lb. lift for jet ski. Guest shall provide current registration and insurance for all watercraft docked at the property. There is an additional cost for the use of the boat lift and a responsibility affidavit that needs to be signed . The property sits on channel with ocean access.
Fully tiled. Two story. Impact windows. Two fully equipped kitchen areas has all accessories included; coffeemakers including Nescafe, blender, toaster, rice maker, pressure cooker, plates, utensils and all major appliances with granite counter tops. Screened balcony with a wrap around balcony. The home has 4 bedrooms; master bedroom king Thermapeutic mattress, upstairs second bedroom with queen pillow top mattress, downstairs bedroom has two full pillows top mattresses in one room and the last bedroom has a Thermapeutic mattress.
All rooms have comforters and covers. 3 full baths with hair dryers and towels.
Located in upper Key Largo, mm101 - 45 minutes from Miami International Airport (MIA), 2 hours from Key West and right off the backyard sits John Penne Kamp Coral Reef State Park it includes approximately 70 nautical miles of adjacent Atlantic Ocean Waters. The primary attraction of the park are the coral reefs and marine life. This is the most popular park of the Florida State Park System- locals consider it "the Diving Capital of the World" as well as a sport fishing destination.
Home is surrounded by canals great for kayaking, fishing, snorkeling and undisturbed ecosystems not to mention endless water sports.
When done playing in the ocean it's time to relax in the homes spa which waterfalls into a saltwater pool. At night the pool is lite up to match the underwater lights at the dock while you relax under the stars.

Check in was ok. Nice large house with beautiful pool, spa and large outdoor area. Easy kayak ride to Pennekamp state park. Within walking/biking distance to several restaurants. The kitchens were very well appointed for fixing meals at home and their were plenty of linens. The host usually responded sometime the same day. The listing says there is Google TV for rainy days however, no one could supply us with the PIN to access it.

Great Location

This is a neat and tidy property that is really close to a lot of things to do in Key Largo. The communication with the property managers was over the top good. Quick response to anything we inquired about with quick resolution. The owner is spending some money on the home updating things. It's already great and will be even better once it's all complete. This is a fantastic place to stay!!!
