Enjoy the best of Walloon Lake from this beautifully updated home, located just a short walk from the Village of Walloon Lake. Restaurants, the public beach and the boat launch are all nearby, while easy access to US-131 makes it convenient to explore Petoskey, Boyne City, local ski resorts and other Northern Michigan attractions.

The home features a fully equipped kitchen and a spacious new deck overlooking the large backyard—perfect for relaxing, dining outdoors or spending time with family and friends.

The main floor includes three bedrooms and two full bathrooms. Upstairs, you’ll find two additional bedrooms and a third full bathroom, providing plenty of space for larger families or groups.

The public boat launch is approximately 0.3 miles away, and the beach and Village restaurants are less than half a mile from the home. During the winter, nearby snowmobile trails and ski resorts make this a great year-round getaway.

For guest safety and property security, the home has one exterior security camera that monitors the driveway only. There are no cameras inside the home or in any other areas of the property. Maximum occupancy limits are strictly enforced.

We stayed at this property as a group and had a great time. Very spacious and clean, and the outdoor seating area was a huge bonus. Wish there were blinds on the back patio door and windows for privacy, but overall had a wonderful time. Highly recommended for groups and would stay again!

Soccer tournament retreat

Great location for a weekend away from home. We were in town for a soccer tournament, and the location was ideal. Being able to walk to the park and shops in Walloon was ideal for keeping the kids engaged and active.

This was the perfect place to enjoy a family ski weekend. Plenty of beds and bathrooms to accommodate us all, and nicely updated. The location was perfect- within minutes of the mountain and Boyne City. Looking forward to returning next year.

This was such a perfect property! We came up for a wedding and this was the coziest, easiest house to stay in with my family. It’s the perfect location to Hotel Walloon and Walloon Lake CC. It was super cozy and comfortable and so easy to use - from the TV to the phone chargers (a small perk but I always forget my watch charger!) - it was great. It was super clean and we loved our stay. Family Getaway

This was a nice, updated property so kind of modern farmhouse feel. Easily accessible to Walloon Lake downtown area. Some of the bedrooms had no closets or dressers but we made the best of it. The property manager, Stephanie Jones, was great and very responsive to our needs.
