Beautiful recently renovated 3rd floor 2 bed 2 bath condo located next to Marina close to beaches and downtown St Petersburg. This condo offers two bedrooms with two queen beds each with a dedicated bathroom and a sleep sofa in Living Room. New kitchen, renovated bathrooms, Newer furnishings. Stocked with towels, coffee pot, and most necessities. This condo has an outdoor pool, a balcony with Marina views, wifi service, and is located on the bike trail that leads to many destinations including St Pete Beach and downtown St Petersburg. Walk to the new Tiki Docks restaurant located on the Marina, Anytime Fitness, Publix grocery store, and several fast food establishments for a quick bite. Centrally located to allow you quick uber / taxi access to everything Tampa Bay has to offer. 25 min ride to Tampa International Airport and Clearwater St Petersburg International Airport. Recommend stays of 30 days or more

We needed to be close to Eckerd College and this was perfect. Easy access to Publix/CVS/restaurants and it’s was QUIET. Pool was sparkling clean and condo had everything we needed for a few dinners without going out. 10/10 would stay again.

Quiet, close to all amenities

Property was just as expected, great size for our family of 5. Nice quiet neighborhood, pool was super easy to access, and we were close to all necessary amenities. Starbucks, grocery stores, and restaurants within walking distance!!!

Incredible Stay

We wanted to stay in the area for an extended period so looked at a lot of options. We had questions in with a lot of hosts & our host was always the quickest to respond & we appreciated this. The property fit all our requirements based on location & amenities from the posting. We specifically liked the location, on the Skyway bike trail, close to the city, beach & quick access to golf courses. We truly were looking for a home away from home not just a vacation place to sleep. The morning of arrival we received communication outlining check-in & other info so easy once we arrived. The condo did not disappoint everything we needed was there. Furnishings are modern & attractive however minimalist. I loved the kitchen, plenty of prep space & pretty much all you need for meal preparation. The bed very comfortable & I believe the pillows were Tempur-Pedic (too fat for me but I always carry my own). My favorite thing was the sky light in the 2nd bath. I read some of the previous reviews & glitchy TV. That was corrected with cable & now the TV works great. I would definitely return & could easily recommend this property.

Marina Walk Skyway

Great place. Very comfortable. Right on the Marina walk so you can enjoy the neighborhood. Beach is only 5 minute drive, and downtown St. Petersburg is maximum 15 minutes.

Nice apartment in quiet safe area

Excellent experience staying at this property. The owner was great to work with. Property was clean, neat and in good shape. Smart TV in livingroom was a little glitchy and older & didnt let u add additional streaming apps. Roku tv in master bedroom was great. Closet space was great. Kitchen and bathrooms updated and spacious. We were able to cook meals etc no problems. Pool was clean and quiet. Would consider staying here again.

Festival’s

Condo is centrally located between beaches and St Pete Pier. Travel times in either direction are short. Very quiet neighborhood. Room accommodations were great with plenty of room for our group of 4. Kitchen had all we needed to make our meals before heading out to the festival’s.

College drop off

If you have a child going to Eckerd College and need a place that is close and great for a small family then this is the place for you. We didn't have any issues with the place.

Great place!

This condo is exactly as described! We stayed in June with 2 small kids. The building is very quiet. The condo is well kept and clean. The owner is easy to get a hold of and is an excellent communicator. The condo is about 10 minutes from everything and I’ma great location. I would absolutely stay again!

Overall this property was quiet and safe location. It could've been little cleaner. The floors had long strands of hair throughout the condo and it did not looked to be professionally cleaned. The dinning room table and counter tops had leftover food crumbs everywhere. I had to wipe down these areas myself. The sofa in the livingroom was not comfortable at all for lounging around. Very short sofa with no head support and barely had back support. If the sofa was more comfortable and if it had a deep cleaning throughout, I would give this condo 5 stars.

St. Pete & Tampa Family Vacation

Eric, our host, was great! He was very responsive, helpful, & flexible. The place was very clean, spacious, and as advertised. The 2 queen beds and sofa pullout were great for our 5 person family. The location was very convenient. Very close to St. Pete Beach, Ft. DeSoto Beach and easy access to highway to get to Tampa (we went to Busch Gardens) and Clearwater Beach. There are fast food restaurants in walking distance and a Walmart right down the street. There was some construction across the street that appears to be wrapping up and the view wasn’t great, but the place was nice, quiet, and the swimming pool was perfect for us. We hopped in three different times and no one joined us. The fully stocked kitchen and access to a cooler for the beach was very helpful. One of the rooms seems to have a central air unit above it, that made a good amount of noise, but my daughters slept right through it The goods far outweigh any of the bads, with the great owner, proximity to sites, convenient location, price, space and cleanliness being the most memorable parts of this VRBO. Thank you, we would definitely come back!

Great Condo! Great Location! Great Owner!

We rented this condo for a long weekend in St. Pete and brought our boat to enjoy the water. The condo is nicely updated and well stocked for your needs during your stay. The kitchen is well-equipped with anything you may need. The location is within walking distance to McDonalds, Burger King, Publix, Tiki Docks restaurant & bar, Food Trucks and more. There is a bike/walking path in the front of the condo that is nice and wide which makes it perfect for biking, roller blading, skate boarding, jogging and walking. We kept our boat at the Gulfport Municipal Marina which is only a short drive away. Maximo Marina is right across the street from the condo but they were booked for our visit. While we were there, we encountered a small hiccup with the AC, called Eric and he was there within 20 minutes to help out. It was fully repaired the next day (on a weekend). He was wonderful in his communication, responsiveness and customer service. We will definitely rent with him again at this property and perhaps some of his others in the future. Thank you for a wonderful weekend stay! We highly recommend this property :)

Great location

This condo was perfect for us. We came over for the St Pete Gran Prix. This condo was so convenient to downtown, walking distance to restaurants and grocery store. Quite neighborhood, and a very easy 10 minutes to St Pete beach. Really was in a perfect location.
