We live in Beverly Hills, Calif. and purchased this property as a second home. In the desert housing market with so many choices, the architecture, construction and floor plans of Oakmont Estates stood out. We purchased this house while it was still under construction, which allowed us to landscape and decorate it from the ground up. We furnished and stocked this home as a personal residence, not as a traditional bare-bones rental.

Rancho Mirage is a beautiful city and is centrally located for easy access to all the Coachella Valley has to offer, from Palm Springs at one end to La Quinta and Indio at the other. Mission Hills Country Club is a top-notch community that boasts acres upon acres of open space, greenbelts and manicured landscaping, in addition to more golf fairways than you can count! It's also home to the ANA Inspiration LPGA tournament each spring and multiple tennis tournaments, both big and small, while the BNP Paribas Open in Indian Wells is just a few miles away. Once inside the gates of Mission Hills, you can stroll, bike or jog for miles without leaving this gated paradise.

This house is the perfect desert retreat where stress melts away the moment you open the front gate. It's rich in amenities, filled with sunlight, private, quiet and very, very comfortable. The flow and layout of the house are wonderful, with large rooms, wide hallways and high ceilings.
