La Phocéenne is a beautiful flat ideally located on the Old Port in a building designed by the famous architect Fernand Pouillon. Located on the 7th floor, it offers a beautiful view of the Old Port and the bell tower of Accoules in the Panier district. From the window, if you turn your head to the right you will see Notre Dame de la Garde, the good mother. The flat has a beautiful parquet floor and is well decorated. It is the ideal place to visit Marseille.
