What a charming cottage! Not only was it warm, cozy and had all the amenities one would want, it was in an excellent location! Just a few minutes walk from historic downtown Nevada City and local trails! It was so relaxing, just sitting and listening to the creek. We loved it and would rent it again so we highly recommend it!

Liked: Check-in, location
Heating confusing and cottage was often cold, faucet in kitchenette leaks, TV confusing for elderly people and never did find current news. Location is good and I loved the creek
Very clean. Bed was very comfortable. Heating and cooling worked well. Owners were very nice to deal with and very responsive. The house is only a block away from Broad Street where they celebrate Victorian Christmas and where all the shops are. Very convenient!
Outside is a little rustic looking; updated and very nice on the inside. Great location! Shower is a step below the rest of the cabin but, it's clean and works. This was a great find and well worth a repeat trip.
It's an older property but it had everything we needed including AC and wifi. We appreciated how easy it was to get in and out of the house, the parking, and the location. The location was absolutely perfect for our downtown Nevada City weekend. We would come back.
Stayed here for a nice weekend getaway. Great location close (walking distance) to hiking trails and a cute downtown. The place was functional and comfortable with a nice deck overlooking the creek.
A great location and wonderful cabin. Will definitely be back!
The cabin is located a short walk from the attractions of Nevada City’s shops and cafes, etc., yet feels completely secluded. It is delightful!

Liked: Cleanliness, amenities, property conditions & facilities, communication
We liked the location by the stream, even though the highway is close by its nice to just sit outside and listent o the stream and watch the birds and the ducks in the stream.
The rental was decent. No major complaints other than the AC is a bit lacking, and the wifi did not work, The bed was super comfortable, and the rental size is perfect for a couple.
Would definitely stay again.
Perfect place for two with a firepit near the river and 100ft from downtown Nevada City...we WILL be back!!

Disliked: Cleanliness
Great location, easy check in. Property is a bit worn & can use an exterior cleaning. Close to highway so expect some traffic noise when windows are open. With windows closed it was fairly quiet.
Such a cute little place. We thoroughly enjoyed our stay. Check in and out were seamless and the place had everything we needed. The owner was very easy to reach for the occasional question. I would recommend this cabin to anyone looking for comfortable, private accommodations within easy walking distance to Nevada City.
Cute 1BR cabin, with all the necessary amenities including snacks and Keurig coffee. :-) Great location - very walkable to Nevada City Main Street activities. Would definitely stay again.
extremely comfortable with nice little touches like keurig coffee machine. location, of course, can't be beat. would definitely stay here again or recommend to a couple.
Stayed here with my partner over a long weekend and was very happy with our choice. Super close to downtown Nevada City, easy communication with the host, cozy space with all needs and wants met. Would recommend!
We had an excellent time staying here. The creek was very nice to hear and it was nice and comfortable staying in the cabin. Huge comfy bed. Also surprisingly good soundproofing in the cabin itself.
