Completely remodeled, modern feel house. This tropical setting includes an outdoor oasis with a heated pool with gr ado and hot tub. The property is on the water, and has an open boat lift up to 20,000 lbs and up to 38'. Easy access on to Sarasota Bay. Very large deck surrounding pool, and doors equip with safety alarms. Large flat screen TV's in living room and every bedroom. Close to grocery store, and full kitchen with all cooking equipment and gas barbecue 15 - 20 minute drive to the beach.

Awesome place right on the water!

Loved this place! It was spacious and clean and the host was quick to answer any questions. The pool and spa are beautiful! Right on the water and in a great location, we loved our stay and would definitely rent again! Thank you Douglas!

Great stay despite some minor rough edges

Everything went well and we had a great stay. This property is highly recommended for anyone not too worried about evening privacy as the broad front windows had no curtains or blinds. The dock was occupied, so it was not really available for anything but a small boat. On the positive side, our host was very responsive, so if you need something, just ask and you'll be well cared for. We will be back next year.

Family vacation

Was let down with the location and convenience of the dock. Fridge was broken so we lost about $100 of groceries. Owner brought us a new fridge pretty quickly considering it was a weekend. Stove would only work on broil so we probably spent $1,000 we had not planned for eating out. The guy couldn’t come to look at it until a couple days before we left so we told them just to wait until we were gone. The pool was awesome! Enjoyed the bay and gulf as well.

Amazing Home

The house was beautiful, very clean. The backyard was amazing with a beautiful pool and canal view. The only item to improve is add curtains to the bedrooms for privacy. Thank you

Great stay in bayshore gardens

It’s a great location for fishing Sarasota bay with east access from the canal by boat. I would recommend booking this house if you are looking for a place close to the beach and bay. No complaints about the house. Had everything we needed and more for our trip. Pool and hot tub are added bonus.

Fantastic Family Getaway

Our family loved staying here. The home is spacious, clean, and inviting. We enjoyed lounging by the pool and soaking in the hot tub after a fun day of boating. We will definitely be back.

Beautiful Vacation House

Everything about this vacation rental was fantastic! Booking was a breeze, the price reasonable, the cleanliness of the house was perfect, the location amazing, and the pool was spectacular! To say we enjoyed our stay is an understatement. The entire experience was outstanding! I hope to book this property again.
