The condo looked out on a lovely frozen lake and mountains. We glimpsed a fox "making its rounds" outside the living-dining room windows on four of six evenings. The shuttle to the Mountain Village was incredibly convenient, turning around by the condo office and hot tubs. The two hot tubs were for the condo community, and so a bit of a walk, but had heated changing rooms/bathrooms/showers, and we ended up really enjoying seeing the same people there for several nights. The condo itself had two nice bedrooms, a great gas fireplace which we used daily, slightly small but very usable and adequately stocked kitchen. We cooked in a lot (we brought our own spices) and even used the gas grill on the porch. Everything looked quite new...furnishings, linens, kitchen pots and pans. We had a great stay there. The condo owner/VRBO contact person was very responsive, and (despite a little confusion on check-in time) the condo office admin staff were great. The condo office also was stocked with books, puzzles and games to borrow, and spices and food snacks for sale. We would happily stay there again!
First and foremost Ash was a pleasure to deal with. She is extremely responsive and accommodating. We had a bit of a mix up with availability and she was flexible in figuring out a solution that worked for the both of us.
The condo is spacious and clean. The kitchen has all the cooking essentials to prepare meals. And the gas fireplace will get you warm and cozy after a day on the mountain in no time. The beds are comfortable with plenty of bedding and pillows available. And there is a small washer/dryer in the condo.
The condo is a little more than a 1/4 mile walk to the village and lifts. It's a bit uphill along the road so little ones might have a bit of a time. There is also an open air shuttle - it's a trailer with bench seats hitched to a pickup - steps from the condo (picks up next to the pool/hot tub) that is a super convenient way to get to the village.
We would definitely rent Ash's condo the next trip to Big Sky!
Dealing with Ash was a breeze. Check in was not flexible even though the property was ready no check in allowed by on site property managers. FYI you can leave bags at the property. No need to take the Skyline shuttle to the mountain the open air shuttle for the parking lots swing by every 5 minutes.

Kelly was a wonderful guest and would welcome her back again anytime in the future!
Great location to the slopes and the village. Good view of the mountains and the lake even though it was completely frozen over and snow covered. A cute big fox came to our balcony for a visit!
