This private, 2020 construction luxury home has fantastic features for any large group. This exceptional home includes a private outdoor pool and 7 person salt spa. It’s just steps from the beach! 5 Bedrooms and 4 Bathrooms. Sleeps 14. 2400 total sqft of living space. We are second row from the ocean but are directly across from the public walkway to the beach! Very quick walk! We have 2 master bedrooms with king beds and en suite bathrooms, a bunk room, a queen room with a trundle bed that shares a Jack and Jill bath on the upper level; as well as a pull-out couch.

You will also have access to the lower level 3rd Master bedroom. A queen bed and a twin bed, with its own en suite bathroom. This room is an exterior room and isn’t directly connected to the upstairs living space…access to main living is up the exterior stairs to upper level. This is the perfect master suite for those wishing to have their own quiet & private space! This room is also conveniently located right next to a large private pool & 7-person hot tub.

This beautiful light and airy beach home is just a 2 minute walk to the beach by way of the direct beach access path in front of the home. Crescent Beach in North Myrtle is known for its family atmosphere and expansive beaches.

The pool is one of the largest a private home can have and is 7 feet deep in the deep end! The pool basketball goal is always a hit with the kids! The pool can heated for an additional fee just reach out to us upon booking!

The salt spa fits 7 adults and is perfect to relax in after a day on the beach!

There is an outdoor refrigerator located near the lower level bedroom and bath!

There are 6 TV’s and great WiFi! There is lots of outdoor entertainment space but best of all you are just steps from the beach!

The gourmet kitchen has granite countertops, full cookware and stainless steel appliances (refrigerator, stove, microwave, and dishwasher). We have a gas grill, coffee maker, Keurig, air fryer, toaster, crockpot, griddle, large blender, pots and pans, tuber ware, plates, cups, mixing bowls and much more!! You'll have the option of casual in-house meals, going out to sample local restaurants, or a beachside cookout with the grill by the pool! You're steps from the beach, yet you feel like you're tucked in a quiet residential neighborhood..

This home comes with a pack n' play travel crib and high chair.

We have lots of great recommendations on our Blue Skies and Family Tides Facebook and Instagram page, as well as in our recommendations book in the home! There are always new and fun things to do in North Myrtle Beach. Swim in the private pool, surf the waves, shop, fish, golf, or just relax under your beach umbrella. There are exciting shows at the music theaters and live stage performances (drama, comedy, magicians, musicals, and more). Barefoot Landing and Broadway for shopping, dining and entertainment! Enjoy a day trip to Brookgreen with its amazing botanical gardens, American figurative sculpture, and low-country zoo. You can have a family fun & thrills at the Grand Strand's amusement and water parks. Alligator Adventure, Putt Putts, playgrounds, the Pirate Show, lots of shows and entertainment around the area and the kids love the arcades! You can walk to Molly Darcy's Irish Pub & Restaurant or to Mr. G's for lunch or Ice Cream!
