Guests love our 2 bedroom, 2 bathroom beachside home,  which is why we have 100% 5-star ratings. It's meticulously clean (I do all the cleaning), it's less than 500 steps from the beach, has a huge private oasis yard for entertaining,  located on the Golden Mile and offers the ultimate St Augustine Beach vacation!  Newly appointed, newly painted, new 100% cotton towels and bedding, and very regularly maintained.  Come stay in our slice of paradise and have a great beach vacation.

Perfect family spot

Great house in wonderful location

Beachside Paradise is exactly what the pictures show. It was clean, comfortable and just steps to the ocean and restaurants. Dominic was a great host, making sure we were comfortable and had everything we needed. Highly recommend for cleanliness and proximity to all of St. Augustine’s best.

Amazing stay !

Brought the kids for spring break and had an amazing time. Fantastic location, super clean and great back yard to relax. Dominick was a super gracious host and very helpful with all questions, we will be back !

Great home away from hone

Home is comfy, beds and pillows are great Location is perfect. Back enclosed yard a plus Walk to pier for Wednesday Market day, beach entrance right at pier. Many restaurants walkable. Short drive to downtown and other attractions. Dominick is a wonderful host!

Oasis near everything you need

We had everything we needed indoors and out for a great stay enjoying coastal life. Anything we wanted was within a few minutes walk for food and the beach or a few minutes drive for excursions to other beaches and dining. We will happily stay here again in the future.

The beach house was perfect. Adorable and spotless! It's within walking distance of several restaurants and just a short walk to the beach. The backyard is adorable and such a cute area to relax. The house had everything we needed for our stay. Dominick was a great host! He was so nice to check in on us to make sure we had everything we needed upon check-in. If you are looking for a CLEAN and roomy house close to the beach and restaurants, this is the one. We can't wait to go back!

Very cute little gem

We think Dom has a very special place and did such a great job with it, the decor and backyard were perfect and such a nice treat to come back to after a busy day. The home is on a quiet little street and right across the street from the beach access. Also convenient to downtown and the Christmas lights we went to see. Dom was a wonderful host and did everything to make sure we were comfortable. We all agreed that this is where we’ll be staying anytime we are in St A.

License to Chill at St Augustine Beach

Great house. Clean, well equipped, comfortable and less than 5-minute walk to the beach. The pictures reflect the true character. We spent several evenings enjoying the well appointed and quiet backyard. Bars and restaurants literally out the door and up the street. Beach life at its finest!

Phenomenal Stay

Dominick was an absolutely wonderful host. He stayed in contact with me the entire time leading ip to the stay as well as throughout the stay. He pointed us in the direction of some fantastic restaurants as well as local attractions of interest. The property was absolutely stunning, especially the backyard which was fenced in and spacious. We took full advantage of being able to lounge in the provided chairs and hammocks and grilled out on multiple occasions. Absolutely would recommend staying here, 5/5 stars.

Dream Home

This home was perfectly detailed down to the surfboard toilet handle. The interior decor was perfect and the yard was a true oasis. Literally steps from beach access this was the perfect beach house. Historic Downtown is a very convenient 10-12 minutes away. Making the location to easy to have the best of both worlds. Property manager/owner had excellent communication and kept in touch though-out our stay to make sure we were comfortable. If I could rate higher we would.

Great Getaway

What a lovely time in St. Augustine Beach! Everything about this property is perfect - clean, cute and bright beach decor, comfortable beds, fantastic backyard and the location is perfect! We were a quick walk to the beach, shops and restaurants; and a quick drive to the historic downtown and Anastasia Island. We also really appreciated access to laundry which is helpful for packing light (and avoiding a sandy mess after a day at the beach!) Dom was incredibly easy to communicate with and checked in to see if there was anything we needed during our stay. Thank you Dom & Michelle for opening up your house to us. We will definitely be back to enjoy many wonderful things St. Augustine has to offer.

Location! Location! Location!

My wife and I highly recommend the St. Augustine Beach House hosted by Dominick! This house with every amenity is close to the beach, Anastasia State Park, historic St. Augustine, and to cultural, recreational, and entertainment venues. We were able to explore this beautiful region on foot and by bike. This beautiful home is bright, fresh, clean and very inviting, with a large backyard for relaxing, visiting, and is a great place to have a barbecue. We couldn’t have chosen a better place to stay! Great location Walk to Beach & Restaurants

Great location for this property, only a short walk to the beach right across the street. There are many nice restaurants within walking distance as well. The pier and public beach access is right there. Old town St. Augustine with it's many attractions are only 10 minutes away. Property offers a great spot to hang out and relax. The backyard is one of our favorite spots at this property with lots of places to sit and a great atmosphere. Nice lounge chairs and furniture, outdoor Bluetooth speakers, and lighting. We enjoyed the ocean breeze with the palm trees. Home is very clean and the updated bathrooms and other areas were great! This is our 2nd time staying here and look forward to coming back. The host/owner was very attentive to our needs and made our stay great.

Home away from home

We stayed in this cozy beach house mid June. It was very close to the beach and all the restaurants. It was very close to town and all the other conveniences. There is a shopping mall nearby for all your needs. House is very nice and clean. Beach towels, and cart is ready for you and beach is very close. Beds and the living area was very comfortable. There is a great backyard with nice furniture, Grill and a hammock. Only issue is the mosquitos but you can beat them with the spray. Dominick is always responsive and ready to help. He helped me solve the reservation problem while I was dealing with the website and he was very helpful. Thank you sir. I recommend this little piece of paradise to all. I am sure we will be coming back.

Nice beachside getaway

We set out to find a little retreat from the northeast and landed in St Augustine Beach. House is located inside a small quiet neighborhood off the main A1A beach blvd and is situated just minutes from the beach. Also located within quick walks to other fun places for meals and happy hours. We found Dom was very responsive to our messages and checked in during the trip to ensure we were enjoying the stay. It was just myself and my wife on the trip but the house is well situated for several more people. Back yard is spacious and is a relaxing spot if you wanted to enjoy drinks in the sun. Honestly no real drawbacks on the property as it had everything we needed for the trip. Uber/Lyft services into town are a little longer wait or sometimes aren't available but they have local taxi services you can call for a quick ride to downtown where lots of the main POIs are (12 min ride). Would stay here again if we made our way back down to St. Augustine.

Extraordinary

OK - I thought about giving this place an awful review so I could have this booking all to myself anytime, NOT! A terrific location and the host Dominic couldn't be more accommodating; he went over and above to make our stay comfortable and enjoyable. The house was clean and had everything one needed for a turn-key self catering vacation. Very relaxing and despite being in a close quartered neighborhood the back yard is quite private, fenced in without feeling cramped and very sunny; lounge chairs, deck, lawn, hammock, grill, tiki bar, subdued lighting, need I say more? Inside the beds are very comfortable and the entertainment systems are state of the art with blue tooth speakers inside and out. Steps to the beach and first class restaurants; park your car and forget it. P.S. I don't know how he did it but the weather was "almost" perfect the whole two months we stayed. :)

Great family getaway

This home is absolutely perfect. My husband and I and our two sons and my sons girlfriend stayed for a few days. The house was immaculate and adorable. The outside area was perfect! We grilled dinner and ate outside and listened to music through the blue tooth speaker system. The location is a very short walk to the beach and lots of great places to eat. The only downside was that we did not stay long enough! We plan to book again next spring. I give this beautiful home a perfect 10!!

Well kept, great location with one small concern.

This is a well maintained home, with a beautiful outdoor space, in a great location (about a block from the beach, a cafe, and a fun restaurant). The owner was responsive in communication. The house was well set up and taken care of for an enjoyable vacation. The only thing I would point out is something just to make sure you are ok with before you book. There are 3 external security cameras, that record audio and video. One on the front porch, one at the side carport entry and one at the back door/tiki bar area. We didn't realize this when booking as it was in the description at the very end and kind of vague. The owner and I spoke about it and as I understand his perspective from a security standpoint, we felt they were close to outdoor socializing areas which gave a feeling to everyone in our group of an invasion of privacy. Without getting into too much we kind of had an agree to disagree. The communication was respectful and reasonable, just would have liked to have been more aware of this setup before booking. Ultimately it was a nice weekend, and overall good experience.
