We invite you to stay at our newly renovated Wilmington Downtown Riverfront condo. One bedroom, One bath, Fully appointed kitchen and pull out couch. Enjoy amazing sunsets from this 2nd level unit with a cozy balcony. Dozens of fine restaurants within easy walking distance. Take in a concert at the new amphitheater. Secured building access with elevator & off street parking. Parking pass is provided for the easily accessible parking garage just beside our condo building. 70" TV, cable and wifi with keyless entry. Sleeps up to 4 guests. Enjoy a stylish experience at this centrally-located condo.

Clean, Quiet and Well Located

Great location that’s walking distance to tons of shops, restaurants and the convention center. The building is quiet and the condo is newly updated and clean.

Condo was clean. We had everything we needed. Check in was easy. Provided parking pass worked well. Perfect spot for putting around town while your husband attends a conference.

Amazing view! The condo was very modern and clean. Loved having Ruth’s Chris right next door. Parking was a little bit of a walk. Homeless individuals are quite heavy in that area.

Ship faced wonder

This was an immaculate property with proximity to great restaurants and sights in Wilmington and Leland. I was there for the NCLGISA Conference, and the stay was very enjoyable. The area was very clean and quiet. I definitely would return for a longer stay or vacation.

Stayed here while we were visiting for a concert at Live Oak Bank pavilion. Loved the location as the view of the river was beautiful and it was centrally located next to shopping and good foods. The only thing we didn’t “love” was the bed size. My husband is tall and he wasn’t all that comfortable.. but nonetheless, a really great stay!

Such a nice condo. Very clean, very well furnished and well within walking distance to all the riverfront amenities, dining, shopping, etc. Parking is a block over but we had absolutely no issues with this or using the parking pass. The stay was great and would stay here again anytime. Thank you!

The room was beautiful, spotless, and thoughtfully designed. However, there was no soap provided for the shower and only one roll of toilet paper. The sofa bed is extremely hard, and street noise can be quite loud. That said, if you’re just sleeping in the bedroom, you likely won’t notice the noise.

Overall the location and the condo was very nice. I loved the security as well as you had to have a code to even get into the building. The only downside was the parking garage was a block away across the street. It was a little inconvenient but overall I would book again.

While the location across from the USS North Carolina Battleship and near downtown Wilmington's attractions is praised, the reviewer experienced several issues with the accommodation itself. These included: Parking Pass Issues: The owner was unable to assist with the parking pass on the day of arrival, requiring the reviewer to find support themselves.Cleanliness Concerns: The overall cleanliness was unsatisfactory for the price, with a bad smell, stains on the couch and bedding, and old/dirty kitchen items. In contrast, other accommodations in the area received positive reviews for their location and views of the USS North Carolina Battleship.

Hi Sandra. My deepest apologies that you did not have a great experience. I am not sure what happened with the parking pass as guests before you and after you have had no problems with it. I appreciate you letting me know about any stains as I will absolutely make sure my cleaners address those issues. With regards to the smell, could you elaborate on what it smelled like? Was great until clean up requests

Great location. Nice property (needs a 2nd mirror). Genial and helpful owners. After fees, taxes and cleaning fee it was expensive. At that price I don't expect to be told to strip beds, wash, dry and put away dishes, clean out refrigerator. So we ended up a little put out. There is a cleaning fee, let us relax and be on vacation please. Because of this I rated cleanliness lower but the apartment was clean.

Great location

PROS: The location along the river was perfect! Good food options all around and walking distance to the downtown. CONS: Parking was less than ideal off site and the parking pass never worked. Thankfully the garage had an attendant at the exit who was able to let us out. The bed and couch are both very firm so plan ahead. The fridge door is backwards making it a challenge to open if you have large hands. There is no dishwasher and you are responsible for cleaning the unit prior to discharge on top of paying a cleaning fee.

Thank you for your feedback, Penni. I would like to kindly address your concerns. I am very sorry you had trouble with the parking pass. I try to leave very detailed instructions to place it in the dash of the vehicle for the scanners of the parking garage to detect it. Yes, the parking garage is directly beside the condo building, but that is conveyed in the description and in the check-in instructions. Unfortunately, with the design of the small kitchen in the condo, there isn't enough room for a dishwasher, which is why it is not listed as an amenity. As far as cleaning, the only thing we ask guests to do, is to kindly take out their trash to the large trash bin on site and strip the bed of their sheets and place them on the floor for us to gather and clean. We do not ask guests to clean anything. I am very sorry you had these Cons during your stay. I do wish you had reached out to me. I would have happily assisted you with your concerns. I want nothing but for our guests to have a wonderful and enjoyable stay. All the Best!!
