We’ve owned and managed here since 2004, and you’ll be renting directly from the owner’s family. No large management company, no generic housekeeping. We personally maintain this condo to ensure it is clean, comfortable, and fully equipped for families and groups.

PROPERTY OVERVIEW
This spacious 3 Bedroom / 2 Bath oceanfront condo is located in the preferred North Tower, steps from the elevator, with a private balcony overlooking the Atlantic. The layout provides privacy, plenty of sleeping space, and the convenience of two washer/dryer units.

The location was perfect. Shops, restaurants, the beach, everything was walk-able. The amenities were wonderful - pools, hot tubs and play areas. The view was great and the condo was well furnished with comfortable beds, linens and furniture. Was very nice having parking at the location. Loved it and will definitely plan to stay there again.

Beauty and the Beach

I stay at the Wyndam every year in August for a work show at the Ocean Center. I have stayed in many of the condos through the years. This was a very pleasant condo with nice comfortable decor and furnishings. Comfy beds and nice view made it a great stay. Thank you to the owners for sharing your place with us. This condo was better than imagined. Beautiful ocean views, right on the boardwalk close to everything and just a few steps from the beach. The outdoor pool, lazy river, slide and indoor theatre pool were more than enough - can’t say enough great things about this stay. Look forward to coming back in the future!

Clean Condo with Oceanfront View

We thoroughly enjoyed our stay at the property. The condo was very clean, the oceanfront view was amazing, there were lots of pools and activities for the kids. My only complaint was there was always long lines for food and drinks. The building should staff more appropriately, but that’s certainly not the condo owners fault.
