About this property

This half of our duplex features a private entrance, offering a beachside atmosphere that will help you unwind and relax. We provide a 2-bedroom/1-bath apartment with both queen and king-size beds. The living room includes a pull-out sofa. Free Wi-Fi, 4K Smart Roku TVs (our Netflix account is available on the TVs for your convenience), and a private laundry room with a washer and dryer are provided for our guests. Each room is equipped with all the essentials to make you feel at home, and beach towels and a cooler are available for your use.Please note that you will be staying in a residential area, so we kindly ask that you be considerate of your neighbors and keep noise to a minimum between 10 PM and 8 AM. This neighborhood is known for its tranquility and safety, and we aim to maintain that ambiance.Furthermore, we want you to be assured that we are taking steps to ensure your safety by regularly cleaning and disinfecting frequently touched surfaces such as light switches, doorknobs, cabinet handles, and remotes before your check-in. Sweet spot

Our host Dmitri and his wife were very accommodating, friendly and helpful. They were two very interesting people and lovely to talk with. The accommodations were spotless and the accommodations had everything possible you could need. It's in a quiet community and was wonderful to go home too at the end of a very busy day. My husband and I felt fortunate to have stumbled upon this place and we're so delighted we did. I would highly recommend this lodging to anyone.
