Amazing stay in Bay Pines!

Had such a great trip staying in Dmitry and Lucy’s home! Everything was spot on: super clean, as depicted in the photos, and well appointed for our longer-term stay. The backyard was incredible — perfect for my pups! Dmitry and Lucy were communicative and super responsive and it was such a great experience that I extended my stay by a week in their unit next door Would definitely stay here again in the future!!

Quiet and welcoming

Excellent location for visiting the area. Beaches 5 minutes away. St. Pete 20 minutes to museums and downtown restaurants. Dmitry is a great host and very responsive to questions. Highly recommend this place .

What a pleasant spot!

Down for a month of remote WFH, we found this house to be just what we needed.So close to Mad Beach, Pinellas Trail and many many Parks!Relaxing on the Lanai or in the big backyard, it was just what we needed.Walking our dog in the surrounding neighborhoods was a delight, people are friendly and the area is very clean.Hosts were accessible and accommodating. We would love to come back, thank you Dmitry and Lucy.

Retirement Get-Away

This was our first VRBO experience and it will be hard to top it! Dmitry & Lucy set the bar high. Their home is beautifully decorated- giving us a relaxing, beachy vibe. It was immaculately clean and full of everything we needed for a long stay. Our dog LOVED the fenced in backyard and my favorite space was the lanai. Dmitry couldnt have been nicer to us. We hope to come back again to this little piece of paradise

Absolutely beautiful

We stayed in this home for 3 days and absolutely loved it. The owner lives right next door and was very hospitable. We had fresh flowers awaiting us on the kitchen table. The house was immaculate! We felt at home and the neighborhood is very quiet. We definitely did not have enough time here but plan to come back next year for much longer time!

Everything you want for you and your pets!

Great location! Nice quiet neighborhood close to beaches, restaurants, Walmart, Publix, etc. Low traffic and residential. Clean and well-stocked. Fenced, private backyard is perfect for lounging, grilling out, and for the dogs to play in. No size limit for pets and allow 2. We have boxers and most places have weight and size limits so this was perfect for us. Highly recommend.

Mini vacation/work trip

It’s such a cute charming house in a quiet neighborhood. It had everything and then some on what you think you could need. The pups loved the fenced in backyard. The host even provided dog food and treats. It was clean and spacious. The bed was so comfortable. The sunroom was a great place to relax. It’s only about 10-15 mins to the beach. Good location as it was also near some restaurants. We loved our stay and wouldn’t hesitate to stay here again. WiFi was strong too.

Hurricane Helene and Milton

Dmitry and Lucy were exceptionally wonderful during our stay. Our first week we had hurricane Helene come through, and Dmitry and Lucy ensured we were prepared and safe. We only lost power for 2 hours. The house is not in a flood zone, so we felt very safe staying for Helene. Milton, on the other hand, not. Dmitry contacted us immediately, and recommended we evacuate. He refunded us for the remainder of our stay. Such a beautiful place, but such a horrific timing for the weather.

Vacation

Im surprised at the reviews that say its quiet, its not. There's an elementary school right next door so screaming kids all day long during the week. At night its traffic with loud music. Also, the microscopic ants!! You cannot leave anything out, bit even a dirty dish in the sink! This was not a good place for us. And, although our large dogs were welcomed, its just too small of a place for 2 people and 2 large dogs. We will not stay here again. And, the bed was not comfy. Broken down with a mattress topper, ugh.

Regarding the ants, we didn’t receive any communication from you during your stay about this issue. We work closely with a trusted pest control service and could have resolved the problem promptly if we had been informed. We're always here to assist with such matters. As for the bed arrangements, all the details were clearly outlined during the booking process. If the mattress topper wasn’t to your liking, we would have gladly removed it upon request. Lastly, after your stay, we had to take extra steps, including using an ozone machine, to ensure the apartment was fresh and clean for our next guests. Fantastic Spring Break

Awesome property so close to the beach, restaurants, and grocery stores. Property was immaculate and clean. Great yard for the dog too. A must for a family of four looking for some quick/easy access to St Pete Beach/Madiera Beach. Property owners are very responsive and accommodating. Five Stars!!

Perfect property and location!

We loved this place. It had everything we needed and was so new and clean. It was a great location and very close to our friends condo. Owner was very helpful with everything. Loved our stay and wish it was longer. Would stay here again.

Great little vacation spot

Dimtry’s place is just like posted online. Clean and cute equipped with basic essentials to get you through a week’s vacation. Close to beaches and shops with just a short drive. Many Lyfts and Ubers in area too. The Walmart is in walking distance of just 0.5 miles away. The duplex is close to a trail for running/biking/walking. Very open for sunshine and nice to walk many miles or just a short distance. The duplex has a nice private, screened patio which was calming to sit and relax in. Dimtry lives next door and is very attentive and helpful with what to do in the area or any needs that come up. The best part is that they are dog friendly! They accommodated our two black labs when most rentals have a weight limit on pets or only allow one. Our dogs had a private fenced in yard to remain safe in. Loved our stay and will definitely stay again if we come back to the area in the future!

The newly renovated bedroom, bathroom, living room, and backyard give a fresh beachside feel sure to help you unwind and relax! Guests have access to their private half of the house offering a bedroom with a queen bed, living room with a pull-out sofa, free Wi-Fi, 4K Smart Roku TV's. We proudly provide a personal laundry room with the guest's washer and dryer. Each room is prepared with all the essentials needed to make you feel at home. Beach towels and a cooler are also available for guests to use.
