Three bedroom, three bath, single level/detached home.

Very quiet location with spectacular views of 12th green/fairway of the Nicklaus Private Course at PGA West.

Walk out of the main bedroom or living room directly to the spa and pool, which features both a cascading waterfall (spa) and waterfall feature (pool). Watch golf, lounge by the pool, cook on the built-in gas grill island, enjoy al fresco dining and take in the breathtaking mountain views (and northwest sunsets) from the patio.

Home features large, well-stocked kitchen with granite countertops, double ovens, gas cooktop, island seating for four and adjacent large dining table.

Comfortable, open concept living area, with adjoining wet bar.

Main bedroom is spacious and includes large bath and direct access to the pool/spa. Second bedroom has an en suite bathroom; third bedroom is located in its own wing, with convenient access to another bathroom.

Fantastic Stay

Excellent property, well maintained and so spacious. My husband and I stayed here for a month and enjoyed every second! The owners were so easy to work with and very prompt in answering any random questions I had. Such a pleasure to work with. The location is close to perfect - the view is awesome. We enjoyed staying on the golf course. Having a view of one of the holes was fun - we spent many mornings watching the golfers. The pool and hot tub were a real treat. Beautiful to look at, nice to listen to the waterfalls, and relaxing to float in or enjoy the jetted hottub under the night stars. The home was very spacious - if we had had family we would have had plenty of space. All the open living area was perfect. I wouldn't hesitate to rent again or recommend to a friend.

Location, Location, Location!

Located in the center of everything at PGA West. Spectacular views from a great backyard and pool. Open floor plan with special touches throughout the house. Excellent communication with hosts. Everything ran smoothly. Can't say enough about this wonderful gem!
