2nd LIVING AREA/4th BEDROOM: full size sleeper sofa, Roku TV, kids books and toys, half bath, laundry room

SUNROOM: table & chairs, seating area, board games

BACK DECK: string lights, custom wood bar w/ stools, loungers, seating

OUTSIDE: HUGE yard for throwing frisbees, etc, tree swing, hammock, fire pit, option to set up outdoor movie screen and projector, basketball goal, outdoor gas grill

CLIMATE CONTROL: Ivy's Cottage has central heat and air (2 zones for upstairs and downstairs)

PARKING: There's plenty of off-street parking in the driveway. One guest commented that it's a "boat friendly destination for those looking to fish the beautiful Chick River."

PRIVACY: When in town, the owner lives in the basement apartment (separate, private entrance) and will have their car there. Guests will have full use of the house and yards, and owner will respect guests' privacy.

WIFI: The owner provides guests with 2 hotspot wifi's.

*When in town, we live on site in the private basement apartment but you won't see or hear us, except in the driveway from time to time.
