Fantastic Top Floor Condo for 2 in the Heart of Downtown Traverse City W/Parking

Wonderful top floor condo in the Modern on State condo building on E. State Street. Features a super comfortable king sized bed, a full kitchen w/ amenities, a wonderful living room space with a comfy leather love seat and sitting chair, cable TV with a 50” TV, and great wireless internet. Our condo also features an in-unit washer and dryer, and we’re also pleased to provide a parking pass in the Hardy Parking Deck (one block away), to guarantee our guests access to parking. Our condo is situated on the same block as the Park Place Hotel, and is steps from Front Street shopping, and many amazing bars and restaurants. This is a brand new condo, with the building just having been finished. Our condo is located right in the heart of downtown Traverse City, steps away from many awesome restaurants, bars, and Front Street shopping. We’ve modeled it to cater to a couple looking for a great getaway in to downtown Traverse City. Please note that this is a top floor condo, and the buildings in Traverse City that cater to short term rentals do not have elevators. There are three flights of stairs to get to the top, but it's worth it!

Great location with parking

Condo was spotless upon arrival, nicely decorated and all essentials were provided. Love that there is dedicated parking. The host is very friendly and responsive. Would definitely stay again!

Wedding trip

We came to traverse city for a wedding from Oregon and the bed was comfortable and all the amenities were as described and we had a very comfortable stay. Highly recommend!!

Perfect Downtown Getaway

Beautiful new condo right downtown. Very clean with all the amenities we needed for our weekend trip in Traverse City. Perfect for anyone who wants to be right in the middle of all the Traverse City bars, restaurants, and downtown walks.

Beautiful downtown condo for 2 with parking space

The condo was immaculate and tastefully decorated. We didn’t cook while we were there but it was equipped with cooking essentials. It was great to have a designated parking spot in the lot directly across the street! We loved walking downtown to explore shops and dining spots without having to drive!!

Great Place to Stay!!

Awesome location!!! Walking distance to Front St. Free parking is super close. Very clean! Having no elevator was rough, carrying luggage up/down 6 flights of stairs. Would stay here again.

We had some issues that unfortunately led to my wife and I not being able to stay in the condo. The owners went above and beyond to help get us situated elsewhere and make sure everything was accounted for. The condo did look very nice and had all the amenities we would have wanted, just weren't able to utilize the save this time.

Perfect spot in downtown Traverse City!

My husband and I enjoyed 4 nights at this fantastic unit. It was located close to lots of restaurants and brewpubs as well as bike paths for walking/running. The instructions from the host were super clear, including pictures and details on parking. It had everything we needed and it was the perfect base for visiting the entire area.

Great place

This was such a great place to stay. Very close to everything you need downtown. Perfect parking spot across the street. Very clean condo! The bed was also one of the most comfortable things I’ve slept on, which is a huge win for me! We will be back!!

The property is in a great location! It has all the amenities and is very clean. The owner didn’t respond when we sent an email requesting to arrive 1/2 an hour early. The mattress on the bed was too soft for my husband and the bed squeaks. Unfortunately we had a family emergency and were in town less than 18 hours and checked out at 8:00 am a full day early, so we didn’t get to enjoy the property or the area very much, and we’re out the cost of the 2nd night. We’ll check the the area out again next year!

Great Condo in the Center of Traverse City

We really enjoyed our stay. The location is perfect with only a short walk to many restaurants, shopping, and entertainment venues. The unit was new, very clean, and well equipped. The property owner (Sean) was very responsive, informative, and helpful answering questions immediately. We are planning to stay at this unit in the near future. It sure beats staying at similar or more expensive nearby hotels.

Perfect Getaway

This place was the perfect location to all Traverse City has to offer! It was so nice to leave the car in the parking ramp and walk all over town and not have to worry about paying the meters. The condo itself was spotless and had everything we needed. The owner provided very detailed instructions on everything prior to our trip, making the whole experience a breeze! I would highly recommend staying at this beautiful condo with a view!

Our first of many stays

When we got our reservation, we got an amazing welcome message from the host. The host was always a message away if we had any questions about Traverse City or the property. After we got to Traverse City, we found the property and found our parking. We made our way up to the condo and were greeted with a very clean and very cozy area. We toured down town TC and if we needed a break, we were always a hop, jump, skip away. We plan on coming back and making this an annual trip for me and my girlfriend. Thank you for your great hospitality and we hope that you will host us again.

It is a great property in the heart of Traverse City!

It is a great property in the heart of downtown Traverse City. First of all, the condo is a very comfortable homey space. It has a cozy feel and a great view of the bay out of the bedroom window and slider window. It's very new and modern and appointed well. Second, you are in very easy walking distance to downtown and all the great shopping and restaurants. The hosts, Sean and Blythe, did an amazing job outlining the check in process and making it so easy to check in and out and Sean was easy to communicate with and was attentive if we needed anything. We would absolutely stay here again!!!

Amazing stay

What an amazing stay my wife and I had for the weekend here. The check-in process from Sean with the instructions he gave us were so easy to follow. The place itself is amazing. The place is a great size, it was clean and everything was easy to find. When it says it is right near downtown he was not kidding as we were a street away from being downtown. Parking is great with having a dedicated spot for this location and it was nice that there was a person in the lot to make sure that nobody parked where they were not supposed to park. I highly recommend this place or any place that Sean has listed as you will not be disappointed. My wife and I will be looking for this place again when we return.

Convenient location

Property was in the perfect location and you could walk anywhere downtown. Flexible host, clean and well stocked. Only thing people should know is that the unit is Right next to a building that is under construction. When I say under construction I mean as close as a building permit could possibly allow. Right out the bedroom window. They were drilling concrete and cutting metal early in the morning so definitely no sleeping in

Late Mother’s Day get away

The location is perfect! Only a block from State Street where there is a ton of shopping and food. I loved that the condo had its own parking space, this made it an easy decision to venture out of town knowing we would have a guaranteed spot when we returned. Condo was clean, comfortable and all the necessities we needed. Only one thing I didn’t think about for my trip was my 76 year old mom and the 3 flights of stairs. It wasn’t a major issue, but we shopped A LOT, so it made for me taking more trips up to the room versus her. Loved the stay and would 100% do it again!
