18 East Sand Dune Lane (90th), is one (1) block from the beach. We have a family orientated neighborhood with an excellent beach and life guard with sand bars at low tide.

FIRST FLOOR WITH PRIVATE 40' X 20' YARD: NOT SHARED

Our unique duplex is one block from the beach, has three (3) bedrooms on the 1st floor having two (2) brand new "STERNS FOSTER" KING SIZE BED two (2) each TWIN BEDS; with one (1) full bathroom having a tub/shower. There is a convenient breakfast bar from the kitchen serving an over sized dining table seating six (6) guests in the family room. All rooms have newer window air conditioners and there are ceiling fans in the master bedroom and kitchen. The first floor has a washer/dryer, dishwasher, HD TV, high speed WiFI and a cozy natural gas fireplace! Nicely decorated with wicker furniture with bamboo flooring. The first floor has a front porch deck with four (4) ea. chairs and a PRIVATE 40' X 20' BACKYARD (not shared) outdoor lighting with a 3 Burner Weber Grill, large umbrella picnic table seating eight (8) guests. There is a hot/cold outdoor shower, clothesline and onsite parking for two (2) cars per unit. THERE ARE FOUR (4) BEACH BADGES ARE PROVIDED ($100 savings) and six (6) adult good beach bikes bring you helmets. Children bikes can be rented at the ACME bike shop up the street.

SECOND FLOOR WITH A PRIVATE 25' X 15' DECK: NOT SHARED

The 2nd floor is very bright with two (2) large bedrooms at each end having two (2) new "STERNS FOSTER" KING SIZE BED and trundle 2 TWIN BEDS in the family room; with one (1) full bathroom with shower which is through the master bedroom. There is a large kitchen/ family room with a trundle bed (two twin beds). All rooms have newer window air conditioners and there ceiling fans in the master bedroom and kitchen. Nicely decorated with wicker furniture with bamboo flooring. The second floor has a washer/ dryer, HD TV and high speed WiFi. The beach house is located in Brant Beach near the New SUPER ACME, Skipper Dipper Ice Cream, Joey's Pizza, Pinky's Seafood, Pinzimino Trattoria Italian Restaurant and Kubels II Restaurant and liquor store. There are now three (3) new tennis courts within walking distance. We have a family orientated neighborhood and excellent large life guarded beach. Sand Dune Lane is just 3 blocks long from the ocean sunrises and bay sunsets. I'm confident your family or group will enjoy our beach house this summer.

LBI offers many day and evening activities for all family members. Including 'Fantasy Island' for the children and 'The Surf Light' theater having shows like 'The Wizard of Oz'. We are about a 45 minutes from Atlantic City. There is a municipal golf course within 10 miles. There are many excellent restaurants and nightclubs. About Anthony Majer

I'm a graduate of Rutgers University and have worked for several major corporations in procurement and contract negotiations. We purchased this beach house for our two (2) sons when they young and fortunately the rental income now helps pay for their college tuition. We've owned the property for 18 years and we personally handle all the change overs to ensure the property is clean at check-in time. We hope someday to enjoy our grandchildren with their dads playing on our beach.

Why Anthony Majer chose Long Beach Island

Its in an excellent location in a quite family orientated neighborhood. There have been many repeat guests, some for the last five (5) years, who have found this area special for their families each summer. I'm confident your family will enjoy your stay on Sand Dune Lane.

What makes this house unique

Although its a duplex, each floor has there own private outdoor space; the first floor has a private yard and the second floor the large private deck. Our street is only 3 blocks long from the bay to the ocean so our beaches are not as crowded having fewer houses. There is a life guard station between our block and one next to us. Its nice to have the new SUPER ACME a few blocks away and able to walk to the Skipper Dipper in the evening. Three (3) new tennis courts within walking distance.

LBI offers many day and evening activities for all family members. Including 'Fantasy Island' for the children and 'The Surf Light' theater having shows like 'The Wizard of Oz'. This place is great! Tony was very easy to work with, especially considering my job kept changing the dates we would be staying. The property is clean and we'll maintained and has everything you need. It's also a minute walk from the beach. Tony met me late in the evening and was very accommodating with check in time. He spent a good amount of time walking us through the place and explaining the area. This is definitely one of the more affordable places on LBI and if I'm in the area again I won't hesitate to rent here. I recommend renting from Tony if you are looking for a place on the shore.
