Less than a 30 minute drive from Charleston, you will find beautiful Seabrook Island, a private gated oceanfront community. Nestled in live oaks, draped with Spanish moss your peaceful island cottage awaits. Hop on one of our bikes and ride just a mile to the beach. Enjoy a round of golf, a match of tennis/ pickleball, deep sea fishing at the marina, horse riding on the beach, or lounging at the oceanfront beach club. Endless possibilities

-A visit to Seabrook`s equestrian center is a must for horse lovers. Seabrook is also the only SC island that offers horse riding on the beach!
-Bohicket Marina offers restaurants like Salty Dog Cafe, boutique shopping, bait shop, and deep-sea fishing charters.
-Freshfields shopping village is just a short drive away where you will find lots of shops, restaurants, coffee, a doctor`s office, pharmacy, and grocery store.
-The Lake House offers an outdoor and indoor heated pool, fitness center with workout classes, outdoor basketball courts, playground, fishing pond, and walking trail. Indoor heated pool and fitness center is not included with your stay or amenity card and incurs an additional fee.

The neighborhood is centered around outdoor living, with top-notch amenities like championship golf courses, tennis courts, equestrian facilities, and a beach club. Seabrook is also a designated Audubon Cooperative Sanctuary, making it ideal for nature lovers. Residents enjoy a blend of luxury and laid-back Lowcountry charm in a close-knit, environmentally conscious community.

Getting Around Seabrook Island

Exploring Seabrook Island is easy and enjoyable, whether you’re walking, biking, or cruising in a car or LSV (golf cart). The island’s relaxed pace and scenic beauty make every mode of transportation a part of the experience!

Transportation Options:

Walking: With miles of shaded paths and quiet roads, Seabrook is a wonderful place to explore on foot.

Bicycles: We have quite the selection of bikes for big or small, young or old to pick from. Jump on one of our bikes and explore the island.
The island’s flat terrain and bike-friendly paths make cycling a popular choice for all ages.

LSVs (Low Speed Vehicles/Golf Carts): These are a fun and convenient way to get around. Several vendors offer LSV rentals for your stay.

Cars: Driving is easy, and there`s plenty of designated parking throughout the island.

Seabrook Island is an active, welcoming community that’s pedestrian- and bike-friendly. Whether you`re heading to the beach, exploring nature, or visiting local amenities, getting around is a breeze!

Amenity card and gate access passes are included in your stay.

Collect a hard copy of your gate access pass at Pass Office located on1900 Seabrook Island Road. The Pass Office is on your right, between the circle and the Security Gate.

Collect Amenity Card at Amenity Office, located on 1101 Landfall Way, Seabrook Island. The amenity office is before you enter through the Security Gate.

Everything was excellent for our stay! Check-in was smooth and easy, the place had every amenity we could want, the hosts were available for anything (but we didn't need anything)! I would recommend this house if you're looking for a place on Seabrook Island!

We had a wonderful stay at this cottage! The owners answered all our questions quickly! We loved all of the amenities! The kitchen was very well stocked and the full size washer and dryer were super helpful! The screened in back porch was our families favorite hang out spot!The location was great! Highly recommend!

Perfect Family Spot

This place was perfect for my husband and I, my parents (65 and 75), my 4 year old and 5 month old. The place was very clean and well maintained when we arrived. There was even a handwritten letter for me welcoming my family, including some local saltwater taffy. The area was so peaceful and quiet. The screened in porch was our hangout spot every morning! We loved watching the golfers play and listening to the birds. All the beds were comfortable. My 4 year old had his own room upstairs in the loft and absolutely loved it. Plus the kitchen was fully stocked with everything we needed. The host was so proactive and communicative leading up to our arrival, as well as during our stay. When one of the door knobs fell off the door, they had someone come over to fix it within 15 minutes. The check in and check out process was simple and easy. I would absolutely rent this place again the next time our family comes to Seabrook Island! I couldn't have asked for a better spot.

Perfect Family Beach House

We love Seabrook and have stayed in different houses on the island. This is one of the best we have stayed in! Bikes and beach chairs were included. The house was clean and well stocked with everything we needed for our family of 5:)

Excellent retreat for family or friends

We enjoyed celebrating 50 years of life with college best friends. The property was exactly as described and our host, Marlize, was easy to reach and close by if anything else was needed. The special touches were appreciated.

Amazing Stay!

Everything is all there and very secluded and quiet, but it is tucked away and golf course is back yard. Just really nice.

Great stay!

We really enjoyed the house! We’ve stayed at Seabrook multiple times but this was our favorite property so far. The house was very clean and styled beautifully and we really enjoyed the outdoor porch and view. Our communication with the owner was great and she was very easy to get in touch with. Highly recommend.

Great stay at Seabrook

We loved our stay this fall. We’ve been to Seabrook many times and always enjoy it. This cottage was very nice. It was a great layout and was furnished really nicely. We really liked hanging out on the screen porch. It was also nice to have all the bikes and beach chairs, etc. It was a very quick trip for us but I hope to return to this spot!

Charming and quiet

Our family of four enjoyed our stay very much. The cottage was perfect for our needs. The area was very quiet. Yet, close enough to the beach. It was lovely to start the day drinking coffee on the screened in porch Marlize was wonderful to work with. We would certainly stay here again.

Beautiful and Relaxing

We booked for a long weekend getaway with the family and were very happy with the property and location. The house is really spacious, cute, and clean and the beds were very comfortable. The back porch was my favorite place to relax with comfortable furniture, coffe, and serenity, it was a little slice of heaven. With every detail you can tell that the hosts really care about people and want you to have a lovely relaxing vacation.

Absolute perfection!

Where do I even start? This was one of the best Vrbo stays we have had! We had 7 people total (3 being kids) and had plenty of space! The location is great, tucked slightly away for privacy! The beds were so comfy!! My favorite spot was the back porch area!!! Wonderful view and so relaxing. Marlize is the best homeowner/host, so easy to get in touch with, offered recommendations on things to do and had the house stocked with literally anything you could possibly need. Our next trip to Seabrook with absolutely be at this location. DONT HESITATE with this gem and book!

Twenty five years ago, our family immigrated to the United States from South Africa. During the pandemic, we searched for a private and secluded place where we could vacation and enjoy our favorite family activities such as golf, tennis, fishing and horse riding. Seabrook Island offers all of that and more. Owning this cottage on Seabrook Island always was our dream. We enjoy escaping the hustle and bustle of the big city to come to this island paradise located only 30 minutes outside of Charleston. We feel very blessed to be able to share our little slice of paradise with you and hope you love it as much as we do.

We chose this cottage for it’s ideal location on the island that has become highly sought after. Our cottage is tucked away from the main neighborhood road, making it the ultimate peaceful and quiet oasis. It is only a short ride with one of our bikes to the beach, golf club, and racquet club. Our Tarpon Pond cottage has the perfect floor plan when vacationing with a large or multiple families.

Having cocktails and dinner while enjoying the gorgeous golf course on the screen porch is possible any time of year due to our Hypoallergenic Pollen Guard. We feature TVs with Rokus in each guest room that includes Youtube TV (70+ channels) with login access for Netflix, Apple TV, Prime TV, and Hulu, so you can watch all your favorite shows and start exactly where you left off. Our kitchen is fully equipped, so you do not have to leave the comfort of the cottage to enjoy all of your meals. We have bikes, beach chairs, a beach wagon, a deck box filled with beach toys, a cornhole board and a cooler for the beach. Only bring yourself, some food and beverages.
