About this property

Pretty single storey villa in a quiet area located 900 meters from the large beach of Riells and all the shops.

This house is located in a group of individual houses with a beautiful private swimming pool.

You will have unlimited and free internet access. The villa has air conditioning.

We provide sheets and towels.

You access through the door to the main room where the living room, dining room and fully equipped kitchen are located.
On the left, a French window opens onto a beautiful terrace with barbecue. A beautiful garden with private swimming pool.

A small hallway leads from the living room to the 3 bedrooms and the two bathrooms.
Parking is on the main street easily, but unloading is in front of the villa.

Sheets and towels are provided (the beds are made and there are 2 towels per person).
This villa is ideal for families with children.
During your stay, I will personally welcome you on the day of your arrival, and I will leave you a map of L'Escala with all the information you need to know (Supermarkets, restaurants, excursions, surrounding villages, etc.).
Throughout your vacation, I am available 7 days a week from 8:30 a.m. to 11 p.m. for any information or problem.
