Getaway Delight!!

Perfect house for our stay in Bend! Beds were comfortable, and lots of space to accommodate 6 of us. Great location- not too far from downtown Bend & Old Mill.

Great Location & Neighborhood

Beautiful new house. Owner went above and beyond with quick responses. House was clean and tidy. Had towels, shower stuff, hair dryer, etc. The hot tub was perfect for late evening soaks during our weekend stay. Would rent this house again.

Beautiful, clean, well equipped home!

Owners were highly responsive, we had everything we needed and more in this beautiful home. Wonderful master suite, nice extras such as lotions and exfoliating gloves, extra blankets, pillow, baby accessories. Kitchen and living is perfect for a family or group, very nice cookware, dishes, silverware, pantry. Highly recommend!

Great Stay!

This rental is a great place to stay for large family gatherings! Our family of 5 and my Brother’s family of 4 comfortably stayed in the home. The kitchen was well appointed with everything we needed for cooking meals and the living room and dining space had enough room for all of us. The beds were comfortable and the outdoor space was lovely, well maintained, and enjoyable. Additionally, the proximity to the Alpenglow park made for easy walks with the kids. The owner was very responsive and helpful. It was a great experience and we will definitely want to stay here again!

Big quiet house near a park

The house is as listed, big bedrooms that were quiet. There is a great park nearby with walking trails, playground, splash pad and bouldering rocks. We did not get check in information until 4:15pm the day we checked in. We never received check out info. The house was pretty clean, but the trash hadn’t been taken out so there were fruit flies, a few random items found in closets and the garage felt like it wasn’t cleaned thoroughly and the hot tub needed a cleaning. Overall the space was good, just wish it had been cleaned better between guests and the host posted info to the website.

I'm so sorry to hear that your experience was not up to our high standard. Thank you for letting us know about the issues you had in our home. I will make sure to address all of them for future guests. My messaging system somehow got disconnected from VRBO, and I can't apologize enough about the check in/out instructions. I have reconnected it, so there shouldn't be any more issues. Our cleaning company charges a premium (more than the guest fee) for each clean & we have high expectations for a spotless house. I will definitely be in touch with them to review their checklist. The hot tub is professionally cleaned weekly. I'm glad to hear you enjoyed the area and the new park. I hope sometime in the future you'll give us another try.

Weekend Stay in Bend

A group of us met in Bend for a friend's wedding and this house worked great for us! The home was spacious, the kitchen was well stocked, and all the bedrooms were large. The hot tub was enjoyable and parking was adequate. Communication with the owner was also easy and fast.

Excellent Home

We had a very good stay at this home, there was plenty of room for me and 7 other guests and we could of easily extended that number to 9-10. The photos do not do this home justice, the place is much more open then the pictures led me to believe .Stephens place and had everything we needed, our host was even generous enough to leave us a few local beers along with some snacks. The location is great and it’s just a short drive to DT Bend, which is where we spent most of our time. I would definitely stay here again!

Nice home, could have been better

Newer home, beds were too soft, memory foam mattresses on all beds and only queens available. Master should have had a king size bed, there was plenty of room, also bed squeaked loudly every time my husband moved.. Not enough pillows only 2 per bed. Seating in family room too soft, too low to ground, furniture looked like goodwill purchases. Finally, most TVs didn’t work & property manager didn’t answer our email about that. Hot tub was smelly with green water…filters hadn’t been cleaned in a long time.

Great house, plenty of space for 9 adults. Had a decent backyard, great kitchen and living room area. Was about a 10 minute drive from everything that we wanted to do.

What a wonderful place to stay!

We went to bend for a golf weekend and I found this home on VRBO and to be very honest, the picture don’t do it proper justice!!! This place is gorgeous! It’s completely new construction and very well maintained! We had clean everything when we arrived and it was very refreshing. The host is very nice and does a great job of answering the couple questions we had upon check in. The beds are very comfortable. The kitchen is great for meal prepping and anything you naught feel like cooking. There were two things that would’ve helped make our stay a little better….. we didn’t have a garage door opener or code access to open the garage from the outside of the house so we had park and run in the house to open the garage and then had to jump over the sensor when leaving so that it would close behind us. The other thing that would’ve made the stay better is the grass in the back/side yard was over a foot long so we couldn’t enjoy the yard while there, the house gets great shade in the evenings to sit in the yard but the grass had missed a few mowings. I would definitely love to plan another golf weekend to Bend and hopefully this home is available when I do? Lastly, the price of this home is unbeatable for what you get and for being about a 8 minute drive to Downtown!! The neighborhood is very quiet and pleasant! Can’t wait to book another stay at this wonderful home!!!!!
