Wonderful Place and Perfect Location

Was a wonderful place to stay and the house was very nice and perfect for my family. Will definitely plan on staying there again. The host was awesome and very quick on responding.

This place is in a quiet neighborhood but still close to the strip. The host made sure we were good and was quick to respond. The location is perfect near stores, food etc. The kids had plenty of space and enjoyed the pool table and hot tub. We will definitely be back!

Beautiful place in Las Vegas

We really enjoyed the quiet location in Las Vegas. We could be on the strip in 15 minutes, but were away from the noise. Had a meeting at the Bellagio and it was perfect for our family to get together. Being dog friendly was a definite plus. We will be back again.

Book this property!

I have so many good things to say about the property and the host. Adelmo responded to every communication promptly. The property was exactly as listed and was clean, well, equipped, and accommodated easily three adults. With three bedrooms, it will hold more than that if you need it. We were even able to park in the spacious garage, and Adelmo left the garage door opener for convenience. The Jacuzzi was great as was the pool table. The kitchen was basically new and extremely well appointed. The description on the app was accurate, and if anything, understated. I would book this property again without hesitation.

Great location for in & around Vegas

Perfect location & size home for our family. We were able to get to the places we wanted to visit with no problem. Communicating with Adelmo was simple & easy. We would definitely recommend & stay here again ourselves.

Super clean & comfortable place to stay!

I booked this place last minute for a family emergency. It was incredibly clean! The check in process was easy, and any questions we had the property was super responsive. They were able to provide us with a local grocery store who could deliver. The location was great! Easy access to all the important places. When we travel again, I would absolutely stay here again!

Hockey weekend.

We went to play in an adult ice hockey tournament at the Las Vegas Ice Arena. This property is 5 minutes from the rink. The house was very clean, kitchen was well stocked. Shampoo, conditioner and body wash were even provided. Something uncommon in most places. We would definitely return to this property.

Excellent spot to explore Las Vegas

We had a very nice time on our trip to explore the Spring Valley/Summerlin area. The Red Rock Casino was only about 10-15 minutes away. Adelmo was a very attentive host and the house has everything we needed for our stay. We would definitely stay here again.

Excellent Host and Location

Adelmo is a gracious and excellent host. The property is as shown. When issues (small) came up, he was easy to reach and offered solutions. If you want a good place with a good kitchen and wifi, and that is centrally located with 10-15 minutes to the strip or to Red Rock and Summerlin this house works well! It's quiet and peaceful. The garage is a nice thing in the heat. Thank you Adelmo

Easy, convenient, clean, with a caring host.

The location was ideal for our plans. The host provided lots of extra kitchen equipment which was very useful for family meals. There was a spa in the back, extra towels, a billiards table and the beds were comfortable. Washer and dryer was useful. Any questions or concerns were answered promptly and helpfully by our host.

Very nice clean and healthy house :)

This house was so nice and clean, I loved the hot tub and went in it right away! We all loved how the rooms where set up. My parents got the master and my sister and her bf got the other room while I slept in the other room. The kitchen was very clean. I loved how you guys provided a washing machine and a dryer, it was very helpful :) . The pool table was very cool even though I did not know how to play. Anyways thank you for letting us stay it was very nice.
