The county is currently conducting a beach renourishment project along portions of the shoreline that is expected to affect stays up until May, with possible minor extension into May due to weather delays. As crews move section by section, temporary equipment and sand pumping operations may be visible near this property. The work is temporary and helps strengthen and protect the beach and dunes, and nearby beach access is generally available around active work zones.

From nearly every room, enjoy sweeping views of the car free beach and the sparkling Atlantic beyond. Set within a smaller, peaceful complex on a quiet stretch of shoreline, this oceanfront retreat is ideal for families seeking sunshine, relaxation, and time together by the sea. The condo was very clean with an amazing view from both the living room and master bedroom. It offered everything you need to feel right at home. Sam was very welcoming too! Conveniently located to many restaurants, grocery stores and some attractions. We had a great time at New Smyrna Beach. We even got to see sharks and dolphins from the balcony!

10 Year Anniversary

The condo is excellent. The view and location was great. Outside of the loud construction next door throughout the day our time was fantastic!

Great view of the water. My wife and I left the deluding doors open all night listening to the waves. Beach was not crowded at all. Will definitely stay here agsin.

Great stay!

Our family of 4 enjoyed this beachfront condo. This property was so well stocked with anything we might have needed (ex. cookware and dishes) during our stay. The condo was CLEAN, and the showers had good water pressure!! The view from the master bedroom and living room is stunning! It was a bit of a walk to the stairs to the beach, but we practically had the beach to ourselves!

NSB Waterfront oasis

The location is great. When the tide was high, it felt like you were on a cruise ship the water was so close. Beautiful sunrises and the sky was beautiful at sun set.Sam the manager of the complex was super nice and always looking out for the guests. He was very accommodating. We had a great time.

Wonderful Unit!

Our stay was great! Terrific condo with comfy beds, a great fully stocked kitchen with every pot or pan or utensil you needed. Towels, sheets, blankets were all top quality and furniture was lovely. Washer/dryer worked great. New appliances worked great. Small condo community and pool is literally steps from the best beach I’ve ever been to. Condo manager, Sam, was super friendly and helpful. I’d return here for sure! Couldn’t have asked for more. Thank you!

Great condo with everything you need!

We loved this place. It had everything we needed....beach chairs, skim board, and plenty of room. Our favorite part was listening to the waves every night from the condo. The check-in process seems odd though. I'm not sure why we had to go to a separate location to get the door code and then drop off the that info at the same location before we left. All of this could've been done in an email. With that said, the staff was very nice at the check in as was the manager of the condo complex.

WONDERFUL stay on New Smyrna Beach!

This condo was absolutely perfect for our family of 5. Located on the third floor of a very nice complex, right on the beach with a huge balcony offering amazing views of the ocean. The pool was clean and very well kept; the beach was enormous and there was hardly any people there during our Easter/spring break week. The condo was recently renovated and very clean, furniture and beds very comfortable, beach towels and chairs and boogie boards and sand toys/shovels.... everything we needed! We only stayed for 5 nights as we went to Orlando for the second half of the week and I did not want to leave this setup. Great restaurants nearby with easy parking and just 1 hour from Orlando and the Kennedy Space Center. Loved it all we will be back to NSB for sure!

Great views but

AC was extremely hot! Said it was 75* which is cooler then I keep mine at home so it was more like 80 to 82*! Thank god it was cool outside so I could open doors at night while we slept! Bed in guest rooms are less then desirable! Pretty much like sleeping on a crappy pullout bed. Other then that it was all good.

PERFECT!!!

Everything about this condo was absolutely great! The check-in process was as easy as it could possibly be and the folks behind the desk were extremely friendly. The view from the patio was of course AMAZING. The kitchen was well stocked with everything you could possibly need for cooking a complete meal and the furniture was in great shape with no evidence of wear and tear. The beds were soooo comfortable and provided some of the best sleep we've had in months. The countertops, walls, floors.....everything was clean. A couple of the beach chairs were broken, the toaster didn't work and there were no washcloths to be found but everyone of these minor inconveniences were handled IMMEDIATELY and without hesitation! Even our friend asked if this was a 5-star rental because they had never seen such fantastic service. We definitely plan on being back as we've never had such an amazing rental experience, which made the entire trip even that much more enjoyable.

We had a wonderful time at this condo. The beach view from the living room and bedroom were amazing! Everything was clean, and we had everything we needed for our stay. It was nice to have beach chairs and towels available to use. We did not use the pool as it was quite cool and windy during most of our stay, so ultimately the pool water wasn't warm enough for our daughter to swim in. Overall, it was a great place to rest, walk the beach, and spend time together as a family.

Be one with the ocean

It was very nice to open the door and hear and sea the ocean. The stairs to go to the beach were washed out so we had to walk a ways to get down to the beach, which was a bummer to do with all your stuff but totally understandable after the hurricane. Wished the sliding glass doors were cleaned as the view is everything.

Beautiful location!

Wonderful stay at this property - location is fantastic and views are breathtaking! Very clean and comfortable. Only issues were: 1) woken up very early on second day as smoke alarm batteries needed replaced (found batteries in closet and replaced) and 2) toaster did not work. Would recommend this property and will definitely look to stay again!

Excellent long weekend!

We traveled to the area for a family wedding and decided to stay at the beach. This condo was perfect. Super clean and updated. Excellent location. Great beach. On site management is super friendly and helpful. We will definitely be back.

The view is amazing!

This condo is the perfect place to stay at New Smyrna Beach. It was spotlessly clean, which is always a plus. It is roomy and equipped with everything you might need. The furniture and the bed were comfortable. The view of the sea is breathtaking. I took photos of the sunrise from the bed!! I highly recommend this condo!
