The unit was completely up to date, tastefully decorated, had peaceful surroundings, and was fully equipped with everything we needed and more. There were beach towels, beach chairs, an umbrella and wagon available to haul everything to the beach which was very handy. The designated covered parking was great. The unit is on the top floor so had a nice side view of the gulf. Tons of shells to collect at the beach. The kitchen was fully equipped and bathrooms beautifully updated. We were very happy with our time.

The updates they've done after Ian were perfect, and now the place shines. Clean, well stocked, tec. Just everything you could want. And still has great Dolphin viewing and sunsets from the veranda. And plus 10 to Glass Casa property management. Nice, friendly, knowledgeable, friendly.

The complex was in great condition and the room was wonderful. The properties are beautiful, but what sets them apart for me is the service. Check-in is ridiculously easy, communication is second to none, and they are accommodating on a personal level. They answered questions and resolved issues with lightning speed....even during posted after hours. Very friendly, very laid-back....very “island”! Can’t wait for it to be time to use them again next year!

Beachy but not too beachy. very centrally located for shops grocery stores etc. Beach was very close. super clean very well stocked. I would have preferred the water in condo to be a little warmer. we called the rental company and they increased temp right away. also I think a note to bring your firestick with you to have a better choice of stations is a good suggestion. all in all excellent.

This was a very nice property. Kitchen was very well equipped and beach umbrellas, chairs and coolers were great! Next to stairs and not too far from the beach.

We thoroughly enjoyed our stay at this property! Just steps to the beach. Loved sitting in the balcony with my coffee just listening to the waves. Some tips - there are carts you can use to unload your car and an elevator is there as well. Plenty of beach towels and chairs. Also a washer/dryer in the unit. The bed and couch was comfortable. Very clean as well. I definitely want to come back!

Great place right on the water. Nice facilities I would stay there again. Good assortment of beech gears. Royal's check in and check out was a breeze. My only complaint was we didn't have code for tennis court on our paperwork and it was hard to get that information from Royal. Also we had a few questions that Royal never responded to. Great vacation spot for sure.
