Awesome!
We were very impressed with the house… everything worked good…. The pool was suppose to be heated and that gave us a little trouble but we did get a few day we could swim. We will definitely use vrbo again!

Baseball Trip

Even better than expected!
Super clean and had many household items available you may need! Close to everything. Spouses children live here and it was a big plus their school was only within 10 min of the home, so we were able to keep them and take them back and forth to school. We will be back!

Winter Reprieve
This home was perfect for our " Winter Reprieve" from NJ cold. It was easy to communicate and everything was as it stated. We loved that the home was stocked with some basics on arriving and kitchen had all we needed. The pool, a grill, and excellent weather sent us into instant summer mode. Everything Perfect!
Super clean house, everything new or recently updated, very well supplied with everything from kitchen equipment to pool towels. Nice smart TVs in all three bedrooms and the living room. Plenty of pots, pans and even some cooking oils, coffee and spices/condiments. Nice open layout in the living/dining/kitchen area which opens out to a large covered lanai and the fully screened in heated pool. There’s not a single thing I can think of that could be improved.

This house is beautiful. Very spacious and love the decor. Loved that there were items to take to the beach, less for us to pack in our car on the trip down from PA. This is a house i could live in. I think the only 2 things i had an issue with was the tile floor in outdoor back patio area was slippery after getting out of the pool. It needs a long rug to patio doors to walk on. The other is the garage door is old and rusty. But other than that everything was wonderful and Don was very helpful with everything. Would definitely recommend to others and stay here again.

Lovely home. The king size bed was like a cloud... the pool is fantastic, the sunsets from your back yard are picture perfect! Super clean, well- stocked. It's 30 min to the closest beach, so keep that in mind. But it's well worth that little drive for the price for this gem!

It was very clean and everyone we needed to enjoy our two weeks there was provided. We loved the pool and the open air porch where we ate our meals. The area was very quiet and I enjoyed my walks in the neighborhood.

Clean, comfortable and very well appointed. The heated screened in pool was perfect. The canal would have provided easy access for a couple of kayaks for our next trip. Great location for shopping, groceries and not far from multiple beaches. Will rent again.

A Home Run...Just as advertised
Come down to Cape Coral for our sons wedding. We had some other family from MA down in other locations. The house was perfect. 3 BR ..2 BA.. open floor plan. Pool..on a canal with a HUGE lanai. Our house was the place people gathered while we were there. A great trip..We would highly recommend this location.
