Enjoy our Beautiful vacation home on the water! You, your family and friends will love this well-maintained three-bedroom, two-bath home that features an updated kitchen along with a Heated swimming pool and large lanai area. Enjoy a quiet neighborhood and the many amenities including two car garage, washer and dryer, dishwasher, Graco Pack and Play Crib/Play Pen, cable television, Wi-Fi internet, beach chairs, two bicycles, fishing gear, cooler and Kayaks!!!

Kayak, Fish or bring your boat and enjoy the canals with access to the gulf and beyond! Minutes from some of the area’s most beautiful sand and water with attractions including great shelling, sun splash family waterpark, nature preserves, beautiful Sanibel, Ft Myers and Yacht Club beaches, Ft Myers airport, restaurants, shopping, entertainment, kayak & boat rentals, biking & walking trails and more.

Our trip and stay were excellent. The kitchen was well stocked and maintained. Plenty of pans, dishes, and silverware. It was very beneficial to have an initial supply of dish detergent and laundry detergent. The lanai are with the pool was a focal point.

Pleasant stay

Convenient location in a quiet neighborhood. Property was clean on arrival. Don, the property manager was very responsive to a couple of issues that arose and resolved them quickly.

Very nice place and neighborhood

It was very clean and everyone we needed to enjoy our two weeks there was provided. We loved the pool and the open air porch where we ate our meals. The area was very quiet and I enjoyed my walks in the neighborhood.

Family Vacation

My family stayed a week at this is house and loved it. Was very clean and close to everything you could need. Spent days up and down the coast with this being a great location to check out different beaches/towns. Hope to visit again soon!

We were very impressed with the house… everything worked good…. The pool was suppose to be heated and that gave us a little trouble but we did get a few day we could swim. We will definitely use vrbo again!

I also make myself personally available so if you have an issue I am the person you will talk to no matter what time. I really just want everyone to be happy with their time here in Cape Coral & I want everyone to Love it like I do!!
