From this condo, you can walk to everything that Telluride has to offer, including Main Street's shops and restaurants (one block away), Telluride Town Park and the River Trail (two blocks away), and the free Telluride gondola (just three blocks away). It's incredibly convenient to get around if this spot is your home base.

The property has an outdoor rooftop deck with impeccable mountain views, where you can admire the surrounding town, Ajax Peak, Ingram Falls, and Ballard Peak. It may just be the best deck in town! So, come enjoy this ideally located condo.

Ski shuttle details: There is a free shuttle bus called the Galloping Goose that loops the circumference of town. There are various bus stops where you can load up your ski's and take a ride to the Gondola.

(A discount may be applied for stays of 28 nights or longer, if permitted.) Fantastic base camp

A perfect spot to enjoy all Telluride has to offer. Walk to everything you could possibly need. Then return to relax and enjoy the stunning mountain views from the private deck. Will be the only place I stay on my future trips.

This condo is a perfect spot for a ski weekend! We were able to walk to shops, restaurants and most importantly the gondola. Our vehicle stayed parked the whole trip! The condo is bright, clean and had everything we needed on hand. We had a wonderful vacation!

Property is nice. The rooftop balcony is wonderful. The proximity to desirable places in telluride is wonderful as well. There is, unfortunately, a large downside. The master bedroom is directly across the alley from the brown dog. As such the assortment of noises from delivery trucks to the endless dumping of glass bottles into the trash meant that it was only quiet from about 12:30 am to 6:30 am. Since it was summer and somewhat warm, we had to have the window opened which amplified the problem. If the noise wouldn’t bother you, then I would wholeheartedly recommend this spot. If you value an uninterrupted nights sleep, as I do, then I would suggest booking somewhere else.

Modern, bright spaces. The rooftop deck is amazing! An umbrella would be nice and perhaps some cushions for the deck chairs. Everything is small but well laid out. The garage is very tight. Bring your tiny car, or park your truck on the street. There is some noise from the alley behind the restaurants, but not too bad. Will definitely come back!

Cute place with everything we needed

The location was perfect! We could walk to restaurants, market, shops, park and trails. All 4 local places we ate had fabulous food. The living space was good and the roof top deck was perfect for coffee after we carried a couple chairs out there. Only issue is the walls are thin and we could hear conversations and toodler crying from the neighbors. Overall, a good stay!

What a great spot in the middle of Telluride!

We rode our motorcycles up from Austin to spend a few days in Telluride. The folks at Latitude 38 were great every step of the way. From pre-stay communication to help solving some shipping needs along the way, their team was super helpful and responsive. Our property manager met us within minutes of our arrival and reviewed the property with us. The condo was great. We especially enjoyed the rooftop deck and the views of the town/mountains it provided. We spent a bunch of time up there. This location is blocks away from the bakery, the market, bars, shopping, the tram, and Bear Creek Falls hiking trail. We'd definitely recommend this spot to anyone looking to stay in Telluride proper, and the Latitude 38 team that runs it was a pleasure to work with.

Great Location! Easy walking distance for the events we were in town for.

Great downtown location. Easy walking distance to get around and enjoy Telluride. Its a little older condo but in excellent condition. The deck is very nice. Parking was tight! We had a full size truck and it was extremely difficult to get in the parking garage and only one spot per renter. If we would have known we would have drove our car..FYI!!!

The place is 1/2 block from Colorado Ave. and it is gorgeous; the staff was helpful and the views from the terrace were amazing. I would definitely recommend it as the perfect place to stay while in Telluride Thanks guys!!!
