Beautifully remodeled 5 bedroom, family friendly, 5,000 sq ft home with chefs kitchen, fabulous indoor, outdoor entertaining areas including seasonally available hot tub (Nov-Apr), fire pit, built in bbq and dining tables for 10.

Located on a very quiet cul-de-sac, within a stones throw of Crestview Park and Wonderland Lake and just a 7 minute drive to Pearl Street and 10 minutes to CU.

Walking distance to Lucky's Market & Bakery and an excellent coffee shop and wine store.

Ground Floor:
Large open plan living area with fast wifi, Sonos speaker system, HD TV with Apple TV, Netflix etc. Alexa controlled lighting and heating.

Fully stocked professional chef's kitchen with everything needed to prepare meals.

Trifold doors and windows open up to create a fabulous indoor, outdoor living space with gas BBQ, fire pit and bar.

Large office with computer and printer available for your use.

Fully fenced in backyard with large lawn.

Upstairs:
Master with King bed, TV with Apple TV - En-suite Master Bath features a walk in steam shower and soaking tub.

Two further bedrooms with Queen beds and shared bathroom with walk in shower.

Downstairs:
Fully finished Basement with two bedrooms both with Queen beds, one en-suite with walk in shower.

Pool Table, Darts board & Large TV with Fire TV / Netflix etc.

We also have a high chair, 2 pack-n-plays and a twin mattress that will fit in any bedroom.

Stair gates can be installed upon request.

Guests will have access to the entire property except for owners closets and the garage. There is plenty of space in our driveway for parking.

Smart locks with key code provided for guest entry.

Guests will be required to read and acknowledge our House Rules before a reservation can be completed.

We will be on call for any issues during your stay. If we're out of town, we will have someone on standby to assist you.

Pleasant Stay

Week in Boulder

We really enjoyed our stay in this beautiful home for our visit to Boulder. This house was very clean and had all the amenities we could need. We highly recommend this home and would stay here again on our next trip to Boulder.

Wonderful Family Vacation

We absolutely loved the houser and especially the neighborhood. It was a really perfect situation for our two toddlers. Andrew provided everything that we needed. 2 cribs, highchair, baby gates! Great times had by everyone. They even went out of their way to send us the two stuffed animals that my kids left behind :)

We had the most wonderful stay at this beautiful home. The host was incredibly helpful and gracious. We had 7 of our family members staying to visit with our CU student. There was tons of room, including a beautiful space outside with sweet bunny rabbits. Also, had great nukes for privacy if one wanted a break from the family to read a book or watch a football game. The downstairs area is great for watching a movie with your crew. The home is beautifully decorated and incredibly comfortable. It truly felt like we were at home. We had easy and close access to Pearl Street and CU. We would absolutely stay here again!!!

Cozy decor, impeccably clean, lovely home

Kitchen, fire pit, comfy beds, cleanliness, gardens/yard and location were the highlights. Friendly host was easy to communicate with. Park is a short walk away where our little one loved to swing. Hot tub is not available in August. We would love to visit again.

Perfect, Relaxing Home for our Annual Reunion

Beautifully nestled home in an abundance of nature. We arrived during a winter storm to a picturesque backdrop of gently dropping snow, scampering hares, and even hungry deer eating apples from their trees. My friends and I had great times relaxing in this cozy and clean home, watching many movies and eating good grub. Really can't have wished for anything more from a weekend. Thanks for the stay!

Memorable Long Weelend

Nine adults, 3 small children, 3 generations of our family stayed in this beautiful Boulder home during a wedding weekend. We all enjoyed the many luxuries (hot tub, steam shower, fire-pit and BBQ grill, and more), the sunny spacious bedrooms and communal areas, and the gorgeous outdoor living and dining spaces. Everything was spotlessly clean, the kitchen is very functional with enough equipment to make family meals, and the home is located near shopping and attractions. We loved our visit and would stay again if we had the opportunity to return to Boulder. Highly recommended.

Beautiful house!

This is an amazing house in an excellent neighborhood. Andrew and Jill had the house clean and ready to go for us and couldn't be more accommodating. We would highly recommend this rental!

Perfect Home Away from Home

This well appointed and perfectly located Boulder home was the ideal location for our family get together. The host was very attentive and quick to respond to any questions we had. Many thoughtful touches and luxurious features throughout the house made us feel like we were on vacation but at the same time like we were home together.

Don’t hesitate on booking!

Our party of 10 adults had an excellent stay at this lovely property. The house is roomy and has anything you could ask for—fully stocked kitchen, beautiful outdoor space and plenty of areas to hang out. Rare case of the house being better than the pictures! It’s close to the action of pearl street and has a great access to local trails. The owner was readily available and very kind. We will definitely be back!

Great Gathering Spot

What a great spot for family! Our crew of 10 fit comfortably in the really well thought out indoor space. The outdoor space was well designed and taken care of so we could enjoy the wonderful Boulder weather. The hosts have apple trees that produce delicious crisp apples which they make available. One of many thoughtful touches. Great proximity to parks and trails. Also close to a wonderful market and liquor store, if needed. Put on your short list for Boulder options!!!

Perfect Family Weekend Retreat

This is a beautiful, relaxing home with a backyard oasis that is the perfect spot for gathering for a meal, conversation around the fire pit or soaking in the hot tub. We did it all! We took advantage of the beautiful Wonderland Lake hiking trail and enjoyed stargazing from the porch. The home was very clean, comfortable and spacious for our family of 6. Thanks to Andrew for reaching out to make sure everything was to our liking. We hope to be back before our son graduates from UC Boulder!

Perfect Boulder Retreat

We are four couples from college looking for a retreat in Boulder to connect, relax and celebrate a 50th birthday. This rental exceeded our exceptions. Let me begin with the exterior ... the landscaping was exceptionally beautiful as were the multiple gardens which surround the house. I found myself wandering in the gardens admiring the flowers and vegetables. In fact, we were invited by the home owners to eat the fresh grown tomatoes & herbs ... fantastic! A few of us napped in the hammock by the front porch enjoying the lush landscaping. The back yard is relatively private and has lush well-manicured grass. The location was close to groceries & a fabulously bakery as well as hiking. As to the interior ... the decor was classic, warm and well thought. The owners obviously have an eye for design. The kitchen was well stocked and we were invited to use any spices / coffee. The beds and bedding was classically comfortable and clean. Towels were new & fresh and placed in each of the bedrooms. In total, the best part of the house was the outdoor seating area which was accessed by accordion doors to the back patio. We began each day with coffee outside and ended each day with cocktails beneath the stars. We spent more time outdoors on the patio than inside. The gas fire pit was the perfect location to enjoy the company of friends. Finally, the homeowners were easy to communicate with and very welcoming. They left fresh flowers for us and a sweet note. In summary, we were ALL very happy with this rental and will definitely consider returning each year. Cheers to the owner! It is a peace of heaven in a wonderful Boulder.

Lovely home in an ideal setting!

My family and I had the pleasure of staying in this beautiful home. We were in a bit of a pinch and Andrew & Jill were so gracious and accommodating. The house was impeccably clean. I appreciated the thoughtful touch of fresh flowers throughout the house, along with plenty of towels as well as towels for the hot tub. The setting is peaceful and relaxing with walking/running/biking trails nearby. It was truly home away from home perfection. Highly recommend!
